GoogleI had an excellent experience with KFH. Lettings negotiator Micah Roye helped me find a property for myself in a really short time and guided me through the whole process.

GoogleBalen and Ramsay provided great support in the recent sale of our house. Johnathan and Kieran additionally were great handling viewings. From valuation through to exchange (with some drama along the way!) the team navigated us through with minimum stress. We got a great result and are excited for our upcoming move. Thanks a lot everyone!

GoogleWe recently sold our flat with KFH. They've been proactive, responsive, friendly and polite all the way through. The team has changed staff members while we have been with them but the service we've received has been consistent. We've found them to be competitive with their rates and to have that little extra reach during a time when the market is proving tricky to respond to. Thanks to all.

GoogleReally efficient service, made renting a property very easy and reassuring. My letting agent was Sonny Oliphant and he was very professional at firstly finding me properties I might be interested in and then showing me round. He kept me abreast of every stage of the process and was always there on email or phone if I had any issues. Highly recommended

GoogleAmazing estate agents, would highly recommend using them. Very friendly and helpful staff. We met Jade at a property at the weekend who was so helpful and understanding about what we are after in a property to rent. In something that normally would be stressful Jade has made us feel less stressed about it all.

GoogleWe've recently bought a property through KFH Lee and have nothing but good things to say about the process. Even though KFH we're representing the seller they dealt with us in a prompt and responsive manner, helping both parties come to agreement. In a world where so many Estate Agents live up to a reputation, it was very refreshing to have a positive experience with both Tash and James.

GoogleUtter bunch of inconsiderate dangerous drivers in this branch. Today blocking exit to Lee train station with doors open on cars. Guy trying to leave does horn so they give him attitude and stares as if he is the problem. Will get a photo to add next time so all can see for themselves.

GoogleReally appreciate the help finding a place to live in London (twice now) from Kyle and Stephanie. When we needed to move, they were proactive in helping us find someplace that suited our needs and made the process smooth. They have been very helpful in answering all of our questions quickly, and I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking to rent a property in the area.

GoogleKFH were the selling agent for our house purchase and even though we weren't the client they were super helpful throughout the process - the sale would have fallen through without their help and professionalism. Highly recommended!
