Franck and his colleagues managed to generate significant prospects at a tough time of year when competitors were struggling, and once the sale was agreed they stayed very communicative and successfully pushed completion through within five weeks. Their efforts prove why the high-street agent still has a place despite online competition, and the fee is worth every penny.

Ryan, our sales negotiator, was the embodiment of professionalism and was extremely efficient, tenacious, hardworking and diligent at all times. The sale was far from straightforward but Ryan remained calm and patient throughout the duration, which is exactly what you need during the extremely stressful process of buying/selling a property. GoogleI rang with the simple question of "Do you do probate valuations?" I could not get a straightforward answer. The employee, who had refrained from giving her name, wanted to know my property details, whether I intended selling through them, which road the property was in? On asking again "Do you do probate valuations?" I was still unable to get a straight forward reply. Wouldn't use them for anything after this. As if dealing with Probate isn't upsetting enough.
