GoogleAfter having more than one estate agent view and value our property we decided to appoint Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward for the sale of our property. Since instruction we swiftly meet the team from their Lee branch, enabling them to familiarise themselves with our house to maximise their knowledge and for us to meet them. They have shown to be very proactive in contacting prospective buyers, with one in particular negociator Jonathan Lawrie, who has to date dealt with all viewings both professionally and personable, being very informative and always responding quickly to any arising questions. An invaluable member of staff and a credit to Kinleigh Falkard & Hayward. We look forward to having a successful sale. Well done.

GoogleI have just spent a week looking for a property near my son in Hither Green,and getting to know the area which is completely new to me.I was not sure of what was available, or even what I wanted. Sarah Gillett has shown me a good range of properties, all of which met the few criteria that I had given her. She was cheerful, patient and informative. She took the time to fit in a second unplanned visit to one of the flats I liked and seemed very enthusiastic about the area. It was nice to get an email from her with suggestions of places to eat and parks worth visiting. I now have a clearer idea of what I want and would be more than happy to be shown around by her when I resume my search in the future,

GoogleThank you in particular to Kyle and Stephanie, who were very helpful and approachable all through out the process of finding a new home. We felt very well cared for and would recommend. The only thing that I would note is that the bureaucratic process of the singing a lease was very prolonged and, in my opinion, could be shortened drastically (i.e all the required documents be prepared and sent at once rather than split apart). However, as I understand, this is due to legal requirements/liability issues and not a fault of poor design. Either way, still overall a good estate agency to find property.
