GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Nishaad, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one bedroom flat in Chelsea. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, working with my schedule, even when it meant working late on a Friday. His service was of the highest standard and I cannot thank him enough for his help. He was very friendly and efficient, and communicated with me actively throughout the process with all the updates, information and advice I needed. He outlined the pros and cons of my options and did his best to ensure I was comfortable and completely satisfied with my final choice. My experience with Nishaad at KFH was truly exceptional and I highly recommend him.

GoogleI had a surprisingly great experience with an estate agent, namely Andreea Costachi at KFH South Kensington. I was looking for an unfurnished flat in my neighbourhood, not an easy task. When I phoned KFH, Andreea reassured me that she would take all efforts for finding flats matching my needs, and indeed she kept her promise. She has plenty of connections in the neighbourhood and successfully negotiates to bring tenants and landlords together. Not at any time did she put pressure on me, and she kindly supported me in eventually deciding for the flat best for me. Such a human attitude. She actually loves her job and is professional about it. I can really recommend her to others!

GoogleAfter 28 years of living in my flat in Kensington I decided to let it out. Of all the agencies that I initially contacted KFH impressed me most for their professionality and friendliness. My anxiety about renting for the first time was quickly overcome through KFH reassurances and efficient selection of good prospective tenants. Communications with KFH was always swift and to the point with Daniel and Jack always available for discussion.
I can strongly recommend the agency to anyone that wants to rent their flat in the Kensington area.

GoogleFrom the start of our search to moving in- and after- the Laura and Kiran at the South Kensington branch and Harriet at the property management team made our move stress free and straightforward. We were treated like 'real' people: with courtesy and genuine interest. KFH demonstrated a professionalism and attention to detail that in my experience, no other lettings agency comes close to matching- and done so in a genuinely friendly manner. It has been a pleasure!

GoogleSeveral days ago we arrived in London. One phone call and I could arrange a meeting with Laura, who is very professional and friendly. She showed us several flats in a very nice area. All the flats were very well maintained. She was so kind to drive us around the area and explained everything about the neighborhood and the life in London. She gave us many adivises. If you just moved to London, I recommend this real estate agency.
