GoogleI’ve just newly moved to London and into a flat in the South Kensington/Chelsea area. Anya is so gracious and wonderful to work with. Prompt, knowledgeable, and kind, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process despite the many barriers of moving to a new country. In addition, after locking myself out of my flat, she quickly responded and helped me re-enter with no hiccups. Truly above and beyond even after the initial leasing process had finished. GoogleWe found our lovely new home via registering interests with KFH. We visited and placed the offer the day after we got the email. Our agent Clifford has been an extremely calm and helpful mediator between us and the seller. There are some up and down through conveyance and we are grateful to have a calm agent that tried to work for both sides. We have some other dramatic and intimidating experiences but overall we have been happy with the agents at south ken KFH

Anya was an agent who ensured that finding a place will be smooth sailings. Coming from a different country can be stressful, but Anya is one of those people you can always rely on. GoogleTrying to find a rental in London is extremely difficult. Many agents do not follow up because they know another person will be calling. Jack Eugenio gave me hope in finding a flat. He listened to what we wanted and showed us flats that were what we were looking for. We worked with many agents and Jack was by far the most thorough agent. He followed up and ensured we had what we needed. I highly recommend Jack to anyone who wants to work with a responsive reliable agent who calls back and follows up!

GoogleI can’t praise Ross Parker enough. I didn’t want to sell my home of 25 years. It was a matter of financial necessity. The sale of a loved home has to be done with sensitivity. KFH does this. Ross was just brilliant. He found me the ideal buyer; she and I are now friends. He worked ceaselessly and tirelessly battling with the solicitors who were arguing about minutiae, and driving us all mad. Not only can I not praise Ross enough, I can’t thank him enough. Without him, I’d be sunk.

GoogleI had a very good experience with KFH and especially Mike. Despite being able to visit London and see the properties myself, my experience during the entire process was very good. Mike has been very flexible and arranged a viewing of the property both via a whatsapp call, and in real life for my friend. Moreover, the communication with Mike was very good. His fast and clear responsiveness, even in the weekend and evenings, is highly appreciated. After signing the contract, I also immediately received all documentation of the house. Katie Brady plays a large part of that - very personable, always contactable and ready to assist both on viewings and during the sale/purchase process. The last thing I needed to stress about during the process was the RE agent, which wasn’t the case here and a blessing!
