GoogleMy partner and I completed on our property in January '19, and our agent from KFH (Northcote Road), Poppy, was brilliant through out the process. Poppy was quickly able to grasp the type of property we were looking for and was happy to broaden her area scope, to ensure we found the perfect home. All of us knew on walking through the door of the eventual property we brought, that it was the one. Poppy's confidence was a mark of how well she understood our needs. The offer and completion process ran smoothly, not without the odd hiccup here and there, which Poppy and the team at KFH were able to manage with minimum noise, keeping up the pace of the process. GoogleI have been working with Michael Atiba-Davies during my property search, and I can say that he is really professional and very helpful. I have quite specific requirements to the property and they are not easily available in the area. Michael has not wasted any of my time and we have always had very relevant and concrete viewings. Everything was always on time, and most of the required information was either readily available, or was provided shortly after the request. Michael also shows politeness and respect to the people in the area, as well as to the vendors of the properties that we have seen. Highly recommend.

GoogleMy friend, Joe, and I had recently been scammed trying to move house in London which made finding a new a bit stressful at times. When we found à lovely looking flat listed by KFH we were keen to see it. We were met by Angus who was fantastic! He was very sympathetic towards our situation and he really helped us through the process. We loved the place and Angus made sure that it was all signed and sorted by lunchtime the next day. We really cannot thank him enough! Angus, you can expect an invite to the flat warming party!

GoogleThroughout the sales process, Lauren was fantastic; she kept a cool head and happy disposition despite the challenges (and challenging personalities...) that emerged on the journey to exchange and completion. It was a pleasure to work with Lauren - and the team of friendly, professional folk in the Battersea office with whom I worked in the time leading up to a successful offer (Max, Michael & Poppy all worked very hard to secure a buyer). Thanks for getting the job done and for meeting my very tight deadline; I never doubted the outcome for a minute! :-)

Google5 star service. I would highly recommend KFH in Battersea. I recently sold my property and from the start Max and his team offered excellent professional service throughout. They had everything in hand and organised throughout. They have expert knowledge of their area and market. Michael worked particularly hard finding a buyer and pushing the sale through. It became a protracted sale and would have fallen through without fail had it not been for Michael and Max's hard work and negotiation with all parties. They resolved issues with their experience and innovative thinking. Refreshing, professional and determined.

GoogleI had to let a property for a move to London remotely and KFH made the entire process a breeze! Lucy Maynard was a phenomenal agent; providing multiple e-viewings and accommodating the time difference in the letting process. Upon my arrival in the UK, the property was exactly as represented. There were a few concerns I had originally and Lucy promptly and carefully coordinated with the landlord to ensure everything I needed was addressed before my move! I highly recommend using KFH and working with Lucy for any Battersea rental needs.

Together with Max and the rest of the team, Michael made sure what could have been a very stressful process was actually enjoyable and straightforward. GoogleGreat work Rita and team on selling our flat! We had 60 viewings within 3 days of going on the market and 11 offers of which we accepted £20k over asking. KFH just have the best database of buyer clients and the pictures were stunning. Would highly recommend for a quick and easy sale.

GoogleMy friend and I are two nurses. We got served a section 21 six months into our 18 month contract. Our living conditions constantly interrupted with viewings whenever the estate agent pleased. Then the landlord retracted her section 21 so all the interruptions for nothing. She then decided to reinstate it and kick us out again. A few weeks before leaving she let us know the neighbour was purchasing and we could in fact stay but by that point our mental health was suffering about never knowing if we could live in peace or have to go so we had already sorted out new accommodations. Cleaned the place from top to bottom, involved scrubbing the oven, the mould that had accumulated from the lack of ventilation in the property and took time out of our long shifts to clean the place. Still not good enough for them and we have been offered only £600 of our £2100 deposit back. I hadn't been with an estate agent for 3 years prior to this tenancy and this whole experience solidified to me why it's best to avoid them at all costs. Renters rights are not priority for them and you really feel as you're another number for them just paying someone's mortgage and they can kick you out when they please. So glad new government had made section 21 illegal now. I've moved on to what I should of done all along with is renting directing through a landlord rather than an estate agent. Such a disappointing experience and made to feel like bad tenants even though we are two hardworking individuals.

He worked very hard for me at every stage of the process of finding a new flat to rent: from walking in off the street to ask what was available, to showing me around several properties (not least since I was unavoidably a few minutes late for the first one), to guiding me through the process of making an offer, to having it accepted, and finally to moving in. GoogleAmanda is a rare find in the letting agents' world. From the start we felt like she had our best interest at heart, she lined up as many properties as we could possibly see at a very short notice and made sure all our criteria was met. She was also available 24 hours a day to answer our incessant questions happily, even while at the hairdressers! Chloe was also extremely efficient and patient, making the process almost stress free. Thanks a million both! We love our new home.

GoogleI highly recommend this KFH branch in Northcote road, and in special Jake Richards. We arrived carring a really big problem with us, we had just 9 days to find a flat and we could not find anything becuase our situation was not the best to move in anywhere. Jake was our letting negotiator and after explain him our problem he started to work straight away. Profesional, quick and very commited with us and his job what is great. He found a solution for us in a record time when we were rejected in other agencies. we are very grateful for the job he did!!

Amanda made me feel like a valued customer (which is rare, especially in lettings) and understood exactly what I wanted and brought my attention to a property which was perfect for me. GoogleI could not be happier in our property. Jake was an absolute superstar. He showed me a property out of price range as he could see us loving it and because he thought it would fit us perfectly, turns out he was 100% correct and the location, place and in the end the price (luckily dropped) were well worth our happiness in the flat. Massive thanks to him as without his advice and ‘balls’ we wouldn’t be in the property today. Legend and for this reason would recommend KFH to anyone as they clearly employ very intelligent, honest and respected employees. Thanks again for helping us find our dream home! Ellen :)
