GoogleJoe at KFH Battersea was really helpful with my recent flat purchase. As a first time buyer it can be quite daunting but Joe and the team were a great help throughout. In particular, I appreciated at the start of the process how much he listened to my requirements, and made the time to show me as many flats as possible while being really focused on what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleMy husband and I recently sold our flat with KFH Battersea and unfortunately it was not the experience we had hoped for. We sold our previous flat with KFH and did not have any issues but this time we felt they did not represent us (as sellers and the ones paying their commission). During the process, it felt like they had the buyers interests at heart (they bought them to the table), did not call out unprofessional or inappropriate behaviour (such as the buyers solicitors contacting our freeholder directly) and they did not inform us our lead agent was to be leaving at a crunch part of the transaction for maternity leave. It was poorly managed, and as a recently postpartum mother in a client facing role myself, I would never handle my leave in this way. Often, we had nobody to counsel or take advice from at KFH and I had to turn up in person because they would not reliably take calls. We also offered this feedback to them via email once the transaction had completed, so this review purely reflects what they have already heard. We would not use them in the future.

He did not only found us the best possible property but also stood with us to overcome the difficulties as a foreign buyer till the completion of the process. GoogleGreat service from Rita and team on the sales side. Barrington got one buyer lined up, and whilst that then fell through, Michael on hand to find a second buyer. Whilst this took time (No fault of KFH) the team held the hand of the buyer despite the market weakening and got the sale over the line in a very professional and helpful manner. So glad I went with KFH. Well done guys.

GoogleI came to KFH Lettings in Battersea branch this July, the manager Kira Sapiets is very professional and always polite, she is keen to help in many ways . Kira is the best manager! Her colleague Mr. Keelan Forbes is also helpful, he even works on Sunday, he always replies to your questions even in the evening after 7pm. And Keelan did extra helpful work with smiles on his face. And also Lucy Holland, Rumz Habib, Lucy Maynard are keen to help as well! No wonder KFH is one of the top Lettings agencies in the current market, as they have got so many clever, smart, helpful staff to assist you! Ayoube's professionalism throughout the whole process was outstanding and his expertise and personable qualities right from the initial flat viewings through to completion were fantastic. GoogleVery good overall experience using KFH for our sale. Would definitely recommend. Good value for money. Good advert for estate agents, as opposed to some of their competitors! At valuation Rita was clear and realistic in her assessment and presented it matter of factly, rather than trying to sell us an unrealistic dream as we experienced elsewhere. Also did not make exaggerated claims about the firms client list or sales prowess, which was refreshing. Sold in line with estimation and market expectation. Ayoube managed our viewings and sale once under offer. He was very honest around feedback from viewings and managed to find us a buyer with a good time frame. Once sale was agreed was proactive in communication and generally supported the transaction well, other than a couple of points of detail and clarity in messaging with the buyers.

GoogleWe have just moved into a beautiful apartment which we would never imagine we would own and we are so grateful to Daisy for suggesting that we should go and see it in the first place. As soon as we walked in, we just knew that there was no need to look at anything else. Daisy then took time out on her day off to allow us to return for a second viewing with our children and to meet with us which was a lovely touch and made the purchase much more personable. The team at KFH were great to work with, in particular Rita and Daisy, and we would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their services in the future.

GoogleNever ended up renting with them, but had a viewing recently and was genuinely impressed with the service. We spoke with Keelan and he has been really helpful, from answering all the questions we had about the property to giving us details about the neighbourhood and links to city centre. While other letting agents were trying to either arrange a viewing or to get us to put an offer, I really appreciated the professionalism and willigness to help. The only reason why we didn't decide to go with them was because we weren't too keen on the area, but would 100% recommend the agency if Battersea is your thing.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
