GoogleMassive shout out to Frankie :) When things were getting hugely stressful for us, as we were looking for a 2 bed flat in Battersea for my 2 daughters, Frankie showed them a lovely flat and managed to secure the tenancy for us, for 36 months. She was hugely helpful and supportive every step of the way. A delightful person, professional and responsive at every stage. KFH Battersea and very lucky to have her and so were we!!

Our experience with KFH was a breath of fresh air, in comparison. Frankie was very friendly, professional, informative and got back to us on our offer in a matter of hours. GoogleI spoke to a very polite and helpful man called Louis right at the start of my search. His advice and market knowledge (having conducted quite a lot of research myself) was very extensive. He really helped me narrow my search to find what I was specifically looking for. First as they helped me purchased my first house in London, then as a landlord renting out my property, and more recently as a tenant finding and renting a property. In all these 3 cases, all agents i dealt with showed professionalism, reactivity, active listening to my requirements, provided valuable insights/recommendation, whilst being friendly and forthcoming. It's been a very pleasant ride with KFH. A must amongst estate agents. Shout out to Rommel Quintero Diaz, and Carl Homersham !

GoogleWhere to begin, as a foreigner understanding the UK rental market has been a nightmare, after scheduling viewings for over 2 months, we have finally found our home, this in large part was due to Kinleigh Folkard, I want to especially mention Francesca, she was incredibly flexible with my schedule as a fulltime worker, she went above and beyond to advocate for us, on offers even though we had a pet, you’ve made the rental experience that much easier from someone who is unfamiliar with it. Although we ended up going with another listing from their sister Kinleigh agency in a different area, I desperately wanted to show our appreciation for this agent! And a big thank you to Kinleigh!
