Thanks to Theo Allport and the team at KFH Northcote road for all their help with our search. Theo tirelessly helped us search well beyond our original search area and was able to help guide us through the buying process as first time buyers. We interacted with a lot of other agents and saw many properties before finding he right one, and Theo stood out in terms of his understanding of what we were looking for. Amanda Plummer was fantastic is helping us find the right home to rent with the arrival of our baby daughter. We were looking for a place in Clapham Junction that offered space, light and warmth for our growing family. Amanda went above and beyond the call of duty to find the right place for us - even organising viewings on her days off and helping with the rental paperwork and process outside of opening hours to ensure we were successful in our application. We love our new home and wish we had moved earlier. On this basis, we would not hesitate to use KFH again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an agency that ensures your needs are looked after, with personal dedication to the task through every step of the process.

I would absolutely recommend KFH Northcote Road. They are a professional and friendly team and do their best to make sure they can help as much as possible. I moved back to the UK from overseas last year and had limited time to find a flat to rent in Battersea. Amanda and Kira were on hand with everything and helped to make the process easy as I was managing a lot of it from back in the US. If you are a tenant looking to rent in this branch's area I would check them out as am sure you'd have a positive experience.

We had a great experience with Matthew and Beth to secure our amazing rental property. We randomly called the office about a property and Matthew was super quick to respond and provide some really good options for what we were looking for. He knew exactly what we wanted and the first property we saw, we took (and he waited in the snow for us for half an hour!)! He was really helpful in securing everything for us and to make the paperwork as smooth as possible. Beth was the same and even helped us on a Saturday to ensure our offer went through to the landlord and that we could move quickly. Amanda Plummer is by far THE best letting agent I have used. She was so on the ball and really listened to what we wanted. She managed to get us into a property which wasn't even on the market (she knew we would fall in love)..of course we did and manage to get the property we loved! - after looking for a few month... to be honest we were very picky! KFH's processes' were quick and Amanda was super efficient, keeping in contact with us right the way through..even sending us a good luck with our move message. I had a great experience working with Amanda and Beth at the KFH Northcote Road office. Amanda was our letting agent and was very friendly and personable. She made us feel right at home during visits to the office. She helped us negotiate a very favourable deal on our flat and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Beth was extremely helpful during the back and forth of executing our deposits/tenancy agreement/etc. I spoke with her several times over the phone and she was more than happy to help. I would always recommend the Northcote office of KFH and would recommend Amanda and Beth in particular.
