GoogleIf you actually want to sell your property, use Rita and the KFH team! Professional, realistic, and worked tirelessly to close our deal and hold on to our very flakey buyer. We moved to KFH as our agents from another “big name” as they failed to produce virtually any viewings or offers. Totally different experience with KFH, cannot recommend them highly enough! If you want a realistic valuation and an efficient sale process, they can’t be beaten!

GoogleI've been thoroughly impressed by KFH's service. Barrington, Daisy and Ayoub's excellent communication (helped by a Whatsapp group set up by KFH) made them a dream estate agent to work with. Having had a challenging time with our previous estate agent, KFH managed to get almost as many viewings in 2 weeks as we got with our previous one in 3 months. I would recommend KFH to anyone, they really are the experts in the Clapham area.

GoogleWe rented a 2 bed flat in battersea in the interim of a sale falling through. The place was covered in mould but Lucy assured us it wasn't mould it was discoloured paint. The guy who did the inventory said he didn't know how it passed. It was supposed to be cleaned but wasn't and the front door didn't have a cover on the mail hole in the door so all the water kept flooding the floor making it like a padding pool. Trying to chase up anything was so difficult we got in touch so often with no reply after 5 months ...we got so fed up we surrendered the lease and chucked the keys back. Awful experience, make sure you check behind wardrobes etc when viewing!!! Not a good experience at all.

My partner and myself noticed immediately that Daisy had done her homework and knew a lot of details about the property she showed us. She proactively pointed out features of interest (without being pushy) and displayed a real affection for the property, which was a stark contrast with other agents we had dealt with who typically just stood back and left us to it ourselves without any value-add. Once we had agreed purchase terms, I could always rely on Daisy to give regular updates, and give nudges up and down the chain to ensure things continued smoothly. GoogleWe viewed properties in the Clapham area last weekend and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from KFH. Rita took time to source suitable properties, not just offer every property she had, she listened to what type of property we wanted, she was extremely knowledgeable, gave an accurate description of each property and arranged viewings at short notice. We cannot speak highly enough of our dealings with this firm.
