GoogleMy boyfriend and I had a really great experience working with Michael from KFH. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. We are new to London and are still learning the ins and outs of London real estate, so it's great to feel like agents such as Michael are here to help instead of take advantage! I would highly recommend working with this agency and particularly with Michael at the Battersea branch.

GoogleCouldn't be more disappointed. Honestly the worst lettings agency to rent with. When you have maintenance issues they take months to respond to you, and once they do respond the issues aren't sorted and it's an ongoing fight to get things fixed. They ignore emails and phone calls when you try to communicate with them.

GooglePunctual, smart, professional and well organised! Spent just 45 minutes with Michael and managed to visit SIX properties in just 45 minutes; the route had been carefully planned from start to finish, Michael answered all of our questions, was forthcoming in sharing his honest opinions on properties/locations (rare) and was generally a pleasure to spend time with. Extra kudos for befriending all the local traffic wardens allowing us to park practically anywhere in Clapham ticket-free!

GoogleExcellent service from an agency which seems to care about tenants as much as landlords. Senior Lettings Negotiator Konrad could not have done more to help us find the right home. He was patient, responsive and informative at all stages of the lettings process! Will definitely use KFH again in the future.

GoogleWe were in an absolute rush needing to find a place within a couple of weeks within a very specific area and with very specific criteria. We contacted a million and one estate agents and Amanda really stood out from the crowd. She was calm, really helpful, understood what we were looking for to an absolute T and best of all showed us some superb properties. 100% will recommend her to friends. Plus she can be quite funny too........

GoogleI strongly recommend KFH Battersea office. I bought a beautiful flat with them and Lauren simply did a fantastic job for me. I cannot emphasise enough her great effort on chasing each step and managing all the interested parties to make sure we were on the same page all the times. I can say we had a challenging process due to the vendor’s and my situation and we couldn’t pull it off if it wasn’t for her.

We feel like that they've got the right price and right marketing coverage and targets for our intention of quick sale in such a down and quiet market. GoogleWe loved working with Andrew at KFH during our property search. He was incredibly helpful with scheduling viewings and helping us find properties that met our criteria, and KFH is better than a lot of estate agencies as you can work with one agent to get viewings at any property listed with one of their offices, not just the one you've registered at. Everyone at KFH has been friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent.

GoogleHave been working with Lauren from Battersea for the purchase of our new property and have found it to be an easy and pleasant process. We had previously tried to buy a property through another agent prior to this one, and found the professionalism and pro activeness at this office to be 200% better (also dare I say less salesy too!). Would recommend and will be marketing the property through them when we wish to sell.
