GoogleMy partner and I rented our first flat together in the UK and had the pleasure to have Lucy Maynard as our agent. Since we are both from Sweden, the renting process could be quite difficult but Lucy supported us in all questions and helped us through the reference process til the very end very smoothly. GoogleMichael Stoker at KFH was an absolute godsend when it came to my flat purchase. The actual conveyancing process was extremely painful, but he kept everything moving forward as efficiently as possible and kept all parties hopeful and positive! The fact that my purchase went through was almost definitely down to his efforts, so hats off to him.
