GoogleRichard was the most helpful agent in finding me a property. Unlike other agents he suggested a property that met my criteria and kept it just for me to see as he knew I had been struggling to find anything. It has been a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this agency for anyone looking. Thank you again!

GoogleI would like to thank Fergus at KFH Battersea for his help in securing me a lovely new rental home. I moved from abroad and had no idea how the system worked. He made the whole experience stress free with his in-depth knowledge and willingness to help at all times. What a gentlemen, thank you Fergus!

GoogleI had the great pleasure of dealing with Angus at KFH who let my flat to me. It was a very worrying process coming from another country but he eased my mind every step of the way and was hands on in dealing with my concerns. I can easily recommend the company without doubts and Angus was amazing!

GoogleWe have let our flat with KFH for a number of years and always had a fantastic experience with them. Amanda is marvellous at both finding suitable tenants and then going the extra mile to help us during the tenancy. I have come to view KFH Northcote Road as friends and think their service is second to none.

GoogleWe recently purchased our dream house from KFH, which was managed brilliantly by Ed Hocken. The process of Josie buying is always an overwhelming and stressful experience, but Ed was there to support us every step of the way, often going above and beyond what was required to ensure we were fully informed, comfortable with the process and expediting activity wherever possible. KFH is definitely a partner in the process and would be fully recommend.

GoogleRichard Howarth was a fantastic addition to my property search. I found Richard to be personable, extremely efficient, friendly and pro-active, which are all the qualities you require from a lettings agent to make the process as smooth as possible. I can't recommend Richard highly enough and most importantly he found me a fantastic property. Thanks!

GoogleKayleigh was great from start to finish. So helpful, friendly and professional. Have had so many bad experiences of London estate agents, so it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone so professional and on top of everything. Couldn’t fault her! Thank you Kayleigh 😊😊 …

GoogleWe have been viewing the houses to buy with this agency and decided to proceed with an offer for one of the properties. Only when we were in a very late stage (our offer was accepted, we sorted out the mortgage and ordered a full survey) our surveyor told us that we will have a construction site for a new building right next to the house. I mean not somewhere nearby but literally the construction site starts where our property ends. Selling agent "thought it was not important to mention that as the works would be only during the working days 8.00-17.00 and Saturdays 8.00-13.00".

GoogleWe have been landlord clients of KFH Battersea for 2 years. They provide an excellent service and have always been professional and extremely helpful. Most recently, in the last few months, we have been assisted by Rumz and Carl in finding new tenants and all of the work that surrounds that. They could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the process. We find their quick responses to our queries particularly impressive given we all have busy lives. We could not recommend them more highly.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
