GoogleI recently exchanged on a transaction with KFH where the dedicated estate agent, Barrington Mills, was extremely helpful throughout the transaction. He worked really hard (including at quite unsociable hours) to keep things moving along throughout and acted as an excellent intermediary between me, the seller and our respective solicitors. I was very pleased with the service received from KFH and would recommend them to others looking to sell property in the area.

GoogleVery bad experience renting a property with KFH. Many issues with the rented flat that were not dealt with by the management team. Deposit still not returned despite moving out two months ago and we are being blamed for costs which are a result of the old age of the flat, which was not in a good condition for living, hence moving out.
