GoogleWe have had some serious issues with the way this agent worked. They heavily misled us with a combination of lies and hiding of facts about the property we wanted to move into (letting). This has caused us a great deal of distress and even resulted in us spending a lot of money in remedying the situation. I would never recommend to use them, not even for lettings, let alone for buying.

GoogleSiân at KFH has been so damn helpful throughout my FTB process. From offering me a spare room if the sale didn't go through in time, to step ladders for DIY, to watching me try to climb out of windows(!), to generally being patient showing me countless properties. Not sure there are many estate agents you can feel like you trust, but she's one of them.

GoogleI can honestly say we wouldn’t have got our house purchase through before the stamp duty changes if it wasn’t for Trenae’s tireless work chasing the vendors solicitor. He worked incredibly hard for both the vendor and ourselves in getting this purchase across the line. Would recommend KFH Crystal Palace highly
