GoogleDO NOT USE THIS AGENT! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE GOOD SERVICE, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY! For our letting needs, we we're dealing with your branch in Crystal Palace. We we're taken to view 4 properties, 2 of which we really liked and wanted to put an offer. Toby explained to us that we can only go with one offer at a time. So we placed an offer for our number one choice. The landlord accepted the offer, so we decided to kindly ask for the draft agreement, before we proceed being charged. With huge surprise we realised, that before paying a NON REFUNDABLE FEE to KFH we cannot get a draft rental agreement so we could take an informed decision. With huge efforts guy sent us reference agreement. It was uncertain who would manage the repair in case of urgency. Their response was far from satisfactory. In the tone of "The white goods are brand new, I hope you are not breaking them." instead of actually being helpful to protect our rights against all these charges. They put pressure on us at all stages to quickly conclude a deal and it was far from a stress-free experience. Especially considering the downright rude behaviour of their staff on understanding that we could not agree a deal, due to their landlord who is on holidays, being unwilling to have the property we actually really liked managed professionally. We could have concluded a deal with written reassurance that we would be supported by professionals based in the UK if there was any problems with the property. KFH could not provide any solutions to or reasonable demands. They quickly forgot about our second house offer, hinting that they we're never trying to help, but actually only to charge us. We we're hang up on the phone line, after all the time that we wasted with them. Dear KF&H this is not the right way to treat your valuable customers by only violating their rights.

GoogleLiterally the worst service I have ever experienced. Twice I had my viewings (an hour away from my actual house) cancelled half an hour before they were due to happen with no apology. I will not be viewing properties with this estate agent again.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Crystal Palace. The agent was very slow coming back to me from when the offer was first placed. I had to chase them on several occasions throughout the purchase process. I can't help but think the sale would have been smother and quick had they not been involved. Safe to say I will not be using them when i come to sell my property.
