GoogleWe had a great and very positive experience with KFH, specially with Kyle Bolger. We’re not British and our requirements weren’t easy but he finally found the perfect house for us. The negotiation and the paperwork were managed by Kyle with high professionalism and efficiency. Thanks to him we are now enjoying our new home.

Google10/10 Sian managed our sale from start to finish. The chain we were in was a nightmare situation and it probably wouldn't have gone through if it wasn't for her. Strongly recommend KFH and more importantly Sian for anyone selling and buying. Very professional, good advice and honest.

GoogleWe sold our flat through KFH Crystal Palace, working particularly with Sian Fontaine. We have nothing but praise. Sian got the “to market” strategy absolutely spot on and we got an offer we were delighted to accept very early in the process. Would highly recommend KFH and Sian.PositiveQuality

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with KFH when purchasing a new home. Siân was extremely professional, and fast at responding to any concerns that I had, she made the entire process run smoothly and we made it to completion in around 7 weeks. Very happy with KFH!

GoogleKFH (and Tyrone, and Mo in particular) provided a first class service on my sale. They were great at keeping the chain going (we were a chain of 6!), that had a few hairy moments along the way with one of the buyers down the line. Highly recommended and professional estate agents. Thanks for everything!

GoogleI have dealt with Mo at KFH for a number of years on both sale and purchase transactions and have always found him very helpful, friendly, professional and quick to respond to any queries. Working with him has genuinely been a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone buying or selling in Crystal Palace!

GoogleSian did a great job helping us look for family home in the Crystal Palace area. Really took the time to understand what our family was looking for and provided excellent housing options and gave real insight into what life was like living in the area.

GoogleThis well deserved 5* rating is for Tiffany, without her support my partner and I would have rented when it made more sense to buy, without Tiffanys guidance we wouldn’t be finalising the paperwork for our house, I would recommend everyone to use kfh Crystal Palace, Thank you again Tiffany Kind regards Declan Streete

GoogleKFH and in particular their staff are very good at selling your property. From the initial consultation element through to the end, you will find them to be consistent and reliable and look out for your interests. I have only used them to sell, and so cannot judge on rental or buying from them.

Not only has she helped us find a lovely house, but she has also helped us to organise other aspects of the purchase, always making sure everything progresses as smoothly as possible.

GoogleUnfortunately, due to time constraints I ended up going with a property with another agency in the end, however from start to finish Jerome at KFH was forthcoming, friendly, helpful and professional and found properties to suit our tastes and budget every time. We will certainly be back next time we are due to move!
