GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Zoe at KFH. She knows the local area and sales market very well, and was always a pleasure to work with in the process of finding a flat. Zoe always went above and beyond the call of duty. She was really attentive to our changing requirements, and she was a wonderfully calm, cheerful presence throughout the process!

GoogleI recently dealt with David Moreton and his team at West Hampstead, I cannot put into words how efficient and hard-working they all are individually. I now understand why they are the most popular estate agent in West Hampstead. A few people had recommended them, but to be honest I wasn’t expecting anything special. However, I have to say from beginning to end the service was great and they made what is generally a pretty stressful time a lot smoother. One of David’s reviews said ‘Trust him as you would your own mother, he will deliver’, I totally agree. Kate Greencroft Gardens

GoogleWe dealt with Rebecca on the lettings team when moving into our new apartment. Rebecca was incredibly efficient, getting back to my enquiry within an hour of placing it (and actually returning it which seems to be rare for some other estate agents!). She was polite, friendly and professional from the start, and her back and forth contact and updates have been faster than my expectations would want them to be. Despite COVID-19, she has clearly adapted to this situation really well keeping in regular contact and getting our tenancy set up quickly. I couldn't recommend using her as an agent more - she is by far the best I have dealt with so far in London!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have now used KFH to obtain our last 2 tenants for our flat in NW London. James Boal has been the lead in both cases and he and his team have kept us fully informed throughout the letting process. However, the critical thing for us has always been to get good, solid, quality tenants more than the highest possible rent and that is what James and his team have accomplished so far. What I also like is that they don't have the same volume of staff turnover we saw in the agency we previously used so you get to build and sustain a relationship with the team involved without fear they'll all be gone in a few months.

GoogleElliot (from KFH West Hampstead) has been fantastic at at helping me with my search for a 1 bed property. He is lovely to work with, exceptionally professional and would always update me every step of the way. Elliot made sure he understood what it was that I was looking for and showed me properties accordingly. What I was even more impressed about was that even though Elliot was off during the week on annual leave, he knew what I was after and made sure if a certain property came on the market, that Reece was to reach out, to me to make sure I booked in a viewing.

GoogleKELLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Had to find a last minute property after being disappointed by a different estate agency. Kelly handled the situation very professional and got me moved in less than a week. She went above and beyond any other estate agent I’ve had, finding alternative living places, keeping tight communication with me and being very patient considering how stressed I was. KFH West Hampstead was very straight forward process and have reassured me every step of the way. I’m really happy to move into my property and know if I have any queries they will be more than accommodating to help

GoogleMy girlfriend and i were looking around North London for our first flat together. I came across some great looking flats that Kfh were advertising. The Property administrator Rebecca Zacharia was extremely helpful, putting her time and effort into any available properties that matched our criteria. She gave constant feedback and kept up to date with our house hunting. She is a great asset to Kfh and i hope others in the future will be happy to go through Kfh for their lettings or house hunting... I do recommend and highly praise Rebecca for her work.

She's been wonderful in contacting me as soon as a suitable property became available; I was getting emails on a regular basis on all relevant properties, and a personal call every few days to check if anything is relevant. GoogleKFH are by far the best agents in West and South Hampstead. Throughout the process of selling our flat, the entire sales team were knowledgable, professional and helpful. Spencer was terrific in finding our buyer and working closely to ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible. He was great throughout the process, promptly following up any enquiries. Sales manager David Moreton is extremely knowledgable and I have dealt him with on a previous occasion. Having bought and sold a number of properties in London before I can categorically say these are the best agents I have ever dealt with.

GoogleI have just sold my property with Alex Singh at KFH West Hampstead. I couldn't recommend or thank him enough. It was far from an easy sale, with complications regarding solicitors and leasehold. Alex kept the sale constantly on track and me calm! He continually liaised between brokers and solicitors and was always pushing things on when as the seller you are powerless to do so. He did everything he could to protect the sale and was always in communication. Thank you Alex, David and KFH. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleTerrible agency (especially the St John’s Wood branch). They were in charge of finding new tenants for my fantastic landlord, and all they did was to leave the flat open while I wasn’t there multiple times following visits, breaking windows and leaving them open, and leaving the light on for WEEKS while I was absent. They will refuse to take responsibility and ignore all texts and calls, even after admitting they were at fault. The team is rude and their customer service horrible. Don’t recommend at all. Landlords beware: they took more than 4 months to find a new tenant and they will treat your flats poorly (I’m glad I had cameras and texts to prove everything to my landlord).
