They were tenacious in marketing our property which resulted in a successful sale during a difficult time for the property market. They kept me informed at all times and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Special mention to David who came in on his Sunday on two occasions.

GoogleWe have sold our house through KFH being looked after by an amazing team at West Hampstead, with the lovely Zoe Browne clinching the deal and then holding our hand through the sale process. Without Zoe’s guidance, patience, tenacity, experience and ability to juggle the many balls in play, we would have crumbled! She kept us going and informed and most of all kept us smiling! GoogleAdvertised floor plan was about 10% larger than the actual flat. We pointed out the discrepancy, they pulled the rental contract, claiming this is normal. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

GoogleI had a great experience with KFH. Oceane was our agent and she did a wonderful job. She understood exactly what we wanted, followed up regularly and physically visited a place for us (since we were not in London). She provided us with some great options. What's best is how patient she was with us- we had some hesitations since it was the first time renting but she was ready to answer any queries we had. When I was already near the house , Mr Andre Williams call me 30 minutes before they appointment , he told me the appointment has been cancelled because already let . Thank you very much for wasting my time Who is going to pay for the travel cost and my working hours that I lost ?

GoogleI had a great experience with our agent Nye. He was really helpful in making sure we felt comfortable and also found a flat that was perfect for us. His communication with us was great and didn’t hesitate to help us, even after going on many viewings with us he still wasn’t pushy. Would 100% recommend Nye and KFH and already have!

GoogleWe recently rented our mansion block apartment through KFH and the level of service, communication and professionalism was world class. Both Kelly and Rebecca are smart and experienced within lettings and guided us through a lot of the process which was new to us. This was key for us as we work full time in busy jobs and time isn’t on our side. They were able to find fantastic tenants within a week and all viewings were great potential tenants. GoogleWe recently completed on a property purchase with the help of Jamie Maguire. Jamie was super professional and we would recommend him highly. He was quick to respond to queries, mediated well between us and the sellers, and he was knowledgable, proactive and friendly. As we picked up the keys on completion, we commented that we hope to be able to work with him when the time comes for us to sell. Thanks, Jamie!

GoogleProbably the worst estate agent in London. Reece Wallace is the poorest example of honesty and integrity. If you want to know why estate agents have a bad reputation, KFH West Hampstead is the perfect example. We dealt with Reece Wallace, a person with no integrity or decency whatsoever , he lies, cheats, and even played with the paperwork hoping we would not pickup what he was doing. He will say anything and do anything to make sure he gets the deal signed and his commission.....Be very careful! He moved us in to a property claiming it was ready, repaired, and clean....delayed giving us the keys by a day as 'he was making sure it was ready'. Yet, when we moved in there was no heating, boiler was broken, the property was filthy, half the items on the agreed upon to be fixed where not done, and when I called him to tell him, he said it was "not his problem!" To move a 90 year old woman in to a property that was filthy and with no heating....A true low life with no decency. Unforutunate to see that KFH keep people like that working for them. We are proceeding with formal complaints and hope that such behaviour is stopped once and for all.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleThe rentals team at KFH in West Hampstead always attract great quality tenants and are extremely professional and helpful in organising the whole process from the paper work to the practical necessities when a new tenant moves in - making sure both sides are well looked after and kept up to date with all eventualities. Kelly Duffy was an absolute star during my recent new tenancy which involved a lot of rescheduling due to ongoing works - it all worked out very well in the end.
