After five years letting my property with another high street agent, I was a little nervous trying out a new agency. KFH did not disappoint. You feel like they take the time to really talk to you. This personal touch is so important when we all move at such a fast pace these days. I haven't yet met Esme (Griffiths) - I'm overseas - but have loved talking to her. She's quick to follow up on action points and goes beyond if she thinks it will make a difference. Carla (Hellery) has been my point of contact re: contracts and paperwork. I sense a real efficiency while being personable at the same time. I hope this partnership lasts for a very long time. Looking forward to meeting both ladies when I come to London :-).

My brother and I were moving from the U.S. to London to start our masters programs, and we were having a very difficult time finding a flat in the area. I called KFH and Dominic Martin assured me that he would help me find what we needed. He set up an appointment super quickly, and within days we had found the perfect place! After that, Carla Hellery helped us navigate all the paperwork and made the process super easy and stress-free. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and everyone who works there!

We recently moved to a flat in Islighton rented from KFH Agency. The agency was extremely helpful and provided a perfect deal for us. Carla Hellery which was the administator in our letting process was always very informative and very keen to help us out. Not only Carla but all the other members that were involved in our agreement performed an excellent job and without their help we wouldn't be as lucky as we are now with our beautiful flat.

KFH made the very long and difficult process of moving flats very easy thanks to clear and quick communication with a very professional but friendly manner. Extra shout-out to Stephen Daley who helped us out with extra concerns and ensured we were looked after properly. Highly recommend this agency to anyone moving in London.

KFH were excellent helping me find a place to rent. I viewed a property right before the Christmas holidays, and the team were able to make sure all the paperwork was in place before the new year. Sam in particular was great, very responsive to all my questions and on top of the process. Unlike other agents, KFH know their properties well and don't make you feel under pressure when considering your options.

Rachel helped us find a property for our client at The Urban Collective when she was still with Belsize branch of KFH. She proactively managed the search and made sure our client didn’t waste any time on properties that didn’t match their specific requirements (e.g. were pets allowed in the property?). Even though she moved to a different office before our client had finalised the property, she ensured that the whole process was completed smoothly.

The agent didn’t turn up to show us the flat or bothered calling to cancel. Unprofessional to say the least. Maybe they provide a better service to sellers but for prospect tenants this is the kind of service I got
