My partner and I bought flat in Islington through KFH in Islington in the summer/autumn of 2025. After a failed first attempt at buying with a different estate agent in the area, dealing with Pervin was a dream. The other estate agent was very much what you'd expect; pushy, condescending, and borderline aggressive, Pervin was non of those things. Throughout the entire process, from viewing and having the offer accepted to exchange and completion, she was an absolute dream to deal with. She was so supportive and helpful, and always happy to have a call or promptly answering emails. As first time buyers, this was an incredible reassurance and we both greatly valued all that she did to make sure our purchase went through as smoothly as possible. In the stress that is house buying in the UK, Pervin help make the experience manageable and helped us move forward when the process were stalling with solicitors. Huge thanks to Pervin, we would definitely consider using her and KFH in the future when and if we decide to sell!

But with Pervin's professionalism and support, the whole process went extremely smoothly. She was always on hand to support and advise and answer any questions I had. Before I sold my property i had rented it out for many years with the help of KFH Islington lettings department who were also extremely helpful and supportive. Our experience with KFH and in particular Stephen as a letting agent was extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. Throughout the three months we spent waiting to move into a property, communication was poor, inconsistent, and lacking in transparency. Stephen was repeatedly unresponsive and failed to provide clear updates or reassurance, leaving us completely in the dark for long periods. Less than two weeks before our scheduled move-in date, we were informed that our tenancy agreement had fallen through. This was after months of preparation and significant financial and emotional investment. The handling of this situation was particularly unacceptable, Stephen was dismissive when we raised our concerns, frequently talked over us, and showed no empathy or accountability for the situation. No practical support or assistance was offered in helping us find alternative accommodation, leaving us in a very difficult position. Overall, Stephen’s conduct throughout the process reflected a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy. We would strongly advise others to exercise caution and not to rely on this agent if you value clear communication, integrity, or respect in the letting process.

She was very kind, friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful during the viewing; answering all our questions and also promptly following up with the Landlord for other queries.
