GoogleMainly dealt with Giorgio and Adam in his absence. Both pleasant to deal with and consultative. Giorgio went out of his way to arrange two viewings on the same day - one of them being quite late in order to accommodate us. Constantly kept each other in the loop which facilitated the onboarding process. Would use again and recommend.

GoogleAfter months of searching, we finally found a place to call home with the invaluable help of Chesterton’s. We made an unconventional offer for our home, nothing outrageous but indubitably extra work for our intermediary. Amy, our assigned representative from Chesterton’s, was very helpful in getting the transaction expedited, with terms that ourselves and the landlord were happy with and at a date convenient to all. To enable this, Amy coordinated with both parties constantly - whether on week-ends or late in the evening, she was always available to help. She also made the process very painless and we are now happily moved into our new flat thanks to her professionalism and diligent efforts. I hope estate agency employees get enough holiday to compensate for such busy weeks as from outside it would seem there is no separation between office and leisure hours, nor between weeks and week-ends!

GoogleThe dedication and patience Chris and the team showed when selling our house has been second to none. GoogleWorst renting experience I've ever had. 8 weeks to fix a washing machine 12 weeks to fix a shower 8 months living with dangerous electrical wiring. 9 months and counting to resolve issues with mildew and damp that we discovered after moving in. 9 months of hell. All that and much more but I can't even get them compensate me for even just half the time I've lost having to go to the laundromat due to their incompetence and ignorance.
