A really top class professional office all round. Chris, Matt & Alex were very polite on our viewings and we were impressed by their sale knowledge of the area. I spent 2 months without a washing machine, as they failed time and again to follow up. I have to organise my move out for them, calling between departments daily to ask people if they have communicated with their colleagues yet. Honestly appalled by the incompetence. If it was one or two times, I wouldn't mind. But it has been 3 weeks of almost daily calls trying to try to manage my own move out. Shocking. Wow.
