From our very first interaction, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly easy to talk to, which made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her responsiveness was outstanding! She was always quick to reply, kept us updated at every stage, and made sure we never felt out of the loop. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her, and she was consistently proactive in making sure everything stayed on track. When we moved in and a few things weren’t quite right, Zoe stepped in immediately. She handled the situation quickly and professionally, helped us negotiate with the landlords, and made sure the issues were resolved without any fuss. It was such a relief to have someone so on the ball and genuinely looking out for us. Overall, Zoe went above and beyond in every way.
