GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Ina Betsi to sell a delightful property but in an uncertain market. After a great deal of hard work on Ina's part, a satisfactory sale was agreed with an eager buyer. She then steered the sale safely to completion by liaising conscientiously with both sides' solicitors as well as the buyer and me. Hey, it was almost like having a p.a.! So, thanks Ina. I'll use KFH again.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI can’t recommend Donte from KFH enough! He made sure everything went through smoothly and kept us in the loop at all times.

GoogleI had a bad experience with another company and decided to switch to KFH, it was the right decision, it felt like switching from amateurs to true professionals. The manager Rita gave me a lot of helpful advice about my property and my agent Ayoube was ALWAYS very quick and responsive. Sale was secured immediately.I will use KFH for my other property and will not hesitate to recommend this team!

GoogleOf course, buying your first home is hugely exciting, but it also comprises some nerves, a touch of anxiety having saved month after month, year after year and just the general stress of it! However, dealing with RKH and in particular Rita and the team at the Battersea branch, they exceeded all expectation and minimalised all the above emotions and feelings. Highly professional, attentive, always at the end of the phone and even when clearly tired after a long week and still in the office late Friday eve, Rita and team were always accommodating and there to help. Couldn’t recommend more highly. A huge thanks for all their efforts.

GoogleAfter almost a year failing to get any traction with both ‘online-only’ and ‘hybrid’ estate agents we got in touch with Rita at KFH to see if the traditional approach would be best for our flat sale. Despite an uncertain market with Brexit on the horizon, Rita and her team secured us a good offer within 30 days of listing and provided a high level of support through the conveyancing period. They delivered on every promise made in the first meeting and as a result I can wholeheartedly recommend KFH Battersea Park.

GoogleKevin Hurley is the super star. He has been so helpful and actively following up with our whole mortgage application and we got the great deal with KFH. Much appreciated for the help from Kevin and Heather. I would highly recommend!

GoogleI have to say, after moving many times in and around London, this has been, by far, the most pleasurable estate agency experience I have ever been through. Rumz, the Lettings Manager is a force to be reckoned with, and one of the most efficient, responsive, professional and pragmatic Lettings Managers around! Well Done KFH, and Thank you for such and enjoyable experience, and in particular, a huge thanks to Rumz!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI really appreciate that KFH helps us find our new home which we move in today. Sincere appreciation to Elimiana, who is the best professional and patient agent I have seen. We had viewed several properties and Elimiana always arranged the viewing appointment soon as possible. Although we failed the first offer bidding, Elimiana kept sharing available properties and arranged viewing for us until success. Thank you!

GoogleWorking with KFH to find a new flat to live was a very quick process. Bradley was there for all steps of the process and ensured the best for us. Would recommend using them when looking for somewhere to live in London.

GoogleThe only problem was that a high valuation set an expectation. Other than that, the sale went through easy and Ina was very pleasant to deal with and kept me informed throughout. Buyer was a little demanding, but all's well that end's well.

GoogleAbsolutely the most professional estate agency we ever come across (and we met few along the way) We sold our flat with Kfh Battersea Park, the level of interest, can do attitude and professionalism was superb. It was a long journey and we felt kfh were behind us all the way. Dominic who followed our sale is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, he helped us with everything and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. Also a special thanks to Rita and Charles who we dealt with briefly but have been truly lovely and caring. The whole team in this branch is outstanding and we will recommend KFH to all our friends and family. Keep up the amazing work guys!

GoogleIna has been so helpful, honest and professional during our house search so far, she really listened to what we are looking for and ensured she was sharing houses she knows we’d love. She’s always punctual and very speedy at responding which has been particularly important as we reach an offer stage. Thank you Ina!
