GoogleWe used KFH to sell our flat and Emilia Minopoli was our main point of contact. Due to conveyancer incompetence our relatively simple, chain free, sale turned into a stressful and drawn out process!! Emilia was excellent at keeping things calm and on track, showing great experience. Her communication, knowledge and work ethic are excellent, delivered in a kind and friendly manner. I would 100% use Emilia again given the opportunity. Many thanks.

GoogleLeon is an absolute star, he helped me secure an apartment in a matter of days and was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process - finding him was like finding a lettings agent unicorn - 100/10 would recommend. GoogleWe bought our flat through Ina at KFH. Ina was brilliant and very efficient and helpful. She always got straight back to us when we wanted an enquiry answered. It is refreshing to deal with a straightforward ,honest and charming person such as Ina . One so often comes accross some ill educated english idiot who , more often than not, are nothing like as diligent as Ina was. 10 out of ten.

GoogleFrom Ed’s calm affability at the viewing, to Josephine dextrously stewarding a pre-Stamp-Duty-deadline completion, a great experience all round. Building motion from inertia, Josephine managed all parties (myself included) to keep momentum in times of high case-load - it’d probably be fair to say, had it not been for Josephine, I’d have a fair bit less in my pocket for furnishing right now. Pro-activity, whilst championing the interests of all parties, means I know who to contact when I’m on the other side of the equation :-)

GoogleI've been very happy with KFH Battersea Park as agents for the sale of my house. Emilia was brilliant throughout the process with regular updates and feedback after each viewing. The sale was at risk of not completing (actually all my own fault, due to a change of circumstances) however Emilia was able to find a solution and time frame that worked for both parties, so very impressed! GoogleWe had an excellent experience with KFH and in particular our agent Harry and her coworker Joy. And I mean truly exceptional. He went above and beyond, and got our flat ready under extremely tight deadlines. Long story short: When we visited this flat we had only 4 days before being “homeless” (not really, we’d use airbnb & box storage, but still it’s a real inconvenience and cost). So, that’s the background: 4 days left! We visited this flat, placed an offer, harry helped us adjust it, and the offer got accepted. And then . . . He managed to push through all the documents, get in touch with the landlord, organize the inventory, setup the cleaning, schedule an electrician visit, and do everything that was required so we could move in the flat in the next 3 days. Incredible!! We didn’t have to use airbnb & box storage in the end, and that solved us a lot of time, money and effort. I still can’t believe that we would be living in a strangers house right now, if not for Harry’s efficiency. Thank you Harry & Joy, that was truly exceptional, you’re the best 😃👍

Ed and his team gave sound and honest advice from the outset and were always available and responsive - particularly when things became in anyway complex or problematic. They were a pleasure to deal with. We were especially impressed by the mortgage consultant that KFH Battersea Park introduced - Kevin Hurley was exceptionally thorough in preparing us for applications and patient in understanding our particular financial situation. He was able to solve problems as they came up and navigated us to the right deal. GoogleIn an exhausting and often stressful property search, Alex Da Silva Marla from KFH was the first agent we worked with (out of a lot of other agencies) not to falsely oversell the property or pressure us into making an offer on it - instead making us feel relaxed, at ease, and free to ask any questions we needed. We felt that Alex really fought our corner and managed to secure us a property against other offers. Communication was excellent (a viewing was arranged promptly for the same day upon being contacted about the property) and efficient. GoogleI highly recommend working with Alex and Verity and KFH. Coming from the United States and having to deal with quarantine restrictions upon arrival, it was very difficult to move to London and Alex and Verity were so incredibly helpful. Alex sent a video tour of the flat and was very responsive to our inquiries. And Verity is just exceptional. I asked her more and more questions each day it seemed as the leasing process took its course and she was beyond helpful. Addressing every concern I had with promptness and clarity. I can't thank her enough for being so responsive and thoughtful. Leasing in the UK is much different than the US and she helped us navigate this move with ease.
