GoogleEmilia was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. We had a couple of tricky moments in the sale of our flat, but Emilia stayed so positive throughout and was in constant contact. She was crucial in the competition of the flat sale, being the middleman between myself, the buyer and the solicitors. Which allowed us to complete in 9 weeks. Any issues or questions I needed answering, Emilia was always so happy to jump on a call to talk them through or message over email and whatsapp.

GoogleBradley was amazing throughout the whole experience of finding a flat to rent. In this current market where it's usually nightmarish and extremely stressful he was super responsive and put in a good word for us with the landlord who ended choosing us for the property. And even after the contract was signed Bradley was always keen to help with any issues and I'm sure he will be throughout the whole tenancy. Thanks again !

This was not an easy transaction and there were many bumps in the road. I just moved to the UK, so the rental market was still a bit of a mystery for me, but Harry was very helpful throughout the entire process, from viewing to gathering any additional info I needed, to supporting me through the offer stage (and ensuring his colleague was up to speed while he was on leave so I wouldn’t be left with no support). 5 star experience indeed!

GoogleEmilia was our estate agent through the renting process and was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. This was our first time renting in the UK, being from the US we did not know what to expect, the process involved with renting, and what documents were required. To be honest it felt overwhelming at times as we were only in London for about a week and had to search for a flat, were living out of a hotel, and working. Some of the estate agents were not as supportive and helpful and were quite pushy. This was not the case with Emilia and the entire KFH Battersea team. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and were easy to work / communicate with. They successfully guided us through the process and helped us every step of the way. The KFH team was extremely quick to respond to our questions, were very professional, and were a pleasure to work with. We can not wait to move in to our flat soon. GoogleI think Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward are very good agents - they don't wait for the buyers to come to them but are always proactive in their approach. They are efficient and courteous and return calls and emails on the same day. Ina is brilliant and has been doing a good job for me on my sale; and Emelia too has been great; they are both enthusiastic and positive about my flat and nothing is too much trouble for them. It's a very good overall team.

GoogleIna Betsi (Sales Assistant Manager) proved fundamental in helping my mum list her Battersea property initially and following our first meeting with Ina we were both left really impressed. Ina sat down with us both an explained the entire sales process with us in detail, but in a format that we could both easily understand given the fact that it was my Mother’s first time selling a property. I was extremely impressed by Ina’s knowledge of the market, her in depth knowledge of the area and the fact that she was well informed on the performance of other comps in the area similar to ours who had sold recently. Ina left us both feeling 100% trusting of KFH and reassured that they were the best estate agent to deal with our sale. Ina is extremely pleasant in person and I couldn’t have wished for anyone else to have sat down with my Mother and guide her through the process of getting the property listed, setting a realistic asking price and arranging an impressive number of viewings. Many thanks to Ina for making what would seem like an extremely daunting process easy and stress free. You have made a real difference for us and we can’t thank you enough.
