GoogleRita and Charlie were amazing to work with. It was a tricky purchase but they were so incredibly patient and helpful. I'd thoroughly recommend them. Thanks both. And to add further to this, the lettings team managed to secure a long term tenant within days of the property coming to the market at a higher than anticipated price. I would highly recommend the whole team, Tatiana, Omar, Delarney and Chloe. Thanks again

GoogleI purchased a property through KFH Battersea. Emilia was my agent who took me to several properties in one day, all were within my criteria (I’ve been to lots of other agencies who have shown me anything just to try and get a sale!). I always had a good experience with Emilia throughout the process! Many thanks

GoogleWe are first time buyers and we were looked after by Kevin from start to finish. He always took the time to go above and beyond to explain any queries we had. Kevin was always contactable… even outside office hours. We highly recommended KFH and Kevin.

GoogleRumz was excellent when showing me around various properties to rent in the Battersea area. He comes across as really genuine, and his honest approach to helping my partner and I to find a flat in the area that suited us was really refreshing. He was also very helpful as a point of contact to help negotiate a price with the landlord.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend KFH as an estate agent more! Emilia from the team was absolutely amazing - we had quite a tough time with the solicitors and she was always super happy to help, responsive and reliable which alleviated a lot of the stress. Thank you!

GoogleI’ve recently rented a property from KFH and Alex handled the process and I’m very pleased with the service provided. Alex was very helpful throughout the whole process and he even made himself available after office hours to answer all my questions. He is super friendly, patient and knowledgeable and I would recommend him, and KFH, to anyone that is considering to rent a property.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic work all the way from viewing the flat, through the negotiations and ultimately signing and getting the keys. Donte Francis, the lettings negotiator from this KFH branch has been super responsive and helpful finding solutions when an IT issue bothered us a bit, and all this on a short timeframe from viewing and move-in dates, not much more than a week. Truly recommend Mr. Francis and the others from this branch, stellar work. Thank you. 🙏

GoogleNaomi and Harry were the most helpful agents we have ever come across. Absolutely lovely and incredibly hard working individuals. Thank you so much for all your help.

GoogleTruly awful experience over 2 years. Once the contract was signed, they disappeared, no help, no care, but don't forget to give the money. Boiler broke in winter? “Wait till summer.” Arrogant and completely incompetent. I feel sorry for every landlord and tenant who trusted them. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleMy agent Omar was extremely helpful not once but twice, at the begging of the year he found me a great one bedroom apartment in battersea power station and once i finished and wanted to move he found me my next apartment, which was in my price range and exactly what im looking for. I strongly recommend kfh as an agency after trying their services with Omar.

GoogleEmiliana has been such a great estate agent to work with over these last few weeks. She has been such a massive help at the viewings but also in sending us properties regularly that match what we are looking for.

GoogleKFH Battersea Park are first class real estate agents who helped us to find the right object and then accompanied us diligently throughout the process up to exchange/completion. I specifically want to mention our dedicated agent, Mrs Emilia Minopoli, who was working very hard navigating us to through the sometimes tricky path of acquiring a flat and she was going well beyond the call of duty to finally get the project over the finish line. Sincerest thanks, Emilia!
