GoogleIt was a great experience and much pleasure to work with Emilia. She was very accommodating and understanding through my quite prolonged and rather difficult first-time buying experience as a newcomer to the country and the legal process and implications (leasehold vs freehold), standard verbiage in lease agreement, etc. The whole team was also very supportive and catering to my needs. I felt some pressure to complete by management at the end (perhaps misunderstanding) which I didn't appreciate but we were able to level-set and come to understanding to complete in the end. Thank you for all the support to buy my first home!

GoogleHarry Appleyard found us our dream home. Professional from the second we met him, he took us through the entire rental process and communicated with us throughout. From answering all our questions, to keeping us informed on progress and he ensured we moved-in in less than 2 weeks. In challenging rental market, Harry managed a tough negotiation process and provided the steady hand required to get the deal done. We had an excellent experience all-round dealing with Harry and the KFH team

GoogleVery disappointed service after 6 year been a tenant with this agency but I guess they only care about the big commissions from the landlords, Ashling a senior manager fail to acknowledge for multiple times proof how we left the flat not even bother to look at the pictures and only help the Landlord try to rip me of 400£ for few dust he saw on the windows rails what a joke, definitely won't be a customer again.

GoogleBradley from the Battersea office was absolutely amazing at helping me find a flat in a short period of time despite my tight situation. He was very attentive, gave great advise when asked, and always let me know who I could deal with when he was not in office, or called back to verify all was ok if he missed any of my emails while he was away.

GoogleAnisha was very professional and helpful. Our enquiry was about one property, but she showed us all the properties that met our conditions, which was helpful as well. She was also well informed about the facilities around the area, and she seemed very reliable for anything we may need in the future.

GoogleWe have recently been shown a few properties by Leon Miller from KFH Battersea. It was a pleasure dealing with Leon and a welcome change from past real estate agent experiences we have had in London. He is both professional and personable and provided us with everything we would want from a top tier real estate agent. Myself and my partner look forward to continuing to work with Leon to find our next property.
