GoogleI would have no qualms whatsoever with recommending Bradley to anyone looking for help with their property search! He was incredibly accommodating to any of our needs and was always on hand to help us with any little bumps throughout the application and referencing process. A true professional and a credit to KFH.

GoogleCan't recommend Rita and the team at KFH in Battersea enough. They managed both our sale and on-going purchase, which were both remarkably quick in my opinion. We found them knowledgeable, kind and professional throughout. If you want it done right, go to KFH.

GoogleMarko de Masi is an extremely likeable, efficient and professional realtor. Literally within 2 hours of telling him what we were looking for he had lined up 5 places for us to view. His charming and outgoing personality made the viewings a very positive experience.

GoogleHarry Appleyard has provided us with an excellent service. He made sure to let us know each time he had a property available that he thought would be of interest to us. And when we did find the perfect flat thanks to him, he efficiently guided and accompanied us throughout the whole process. He has been a pleasure to deal with and we are very thankful.

GoogleAlex @ the Battersea Bridge office was amazing! Use him to find you your home!!! We had a gazillion agents and Alex was the only one to deliver! A true delight to work with!

GoogleAlex was great at showing us around and really connecting with what we wanted and were looking for. Not being pushy about making an offer was also great as some agents are really only about making their commission.

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Harry at KFH to help you find your next home. From the very first meeting he understood what things were important to me and helped me navigate a tricky market, which resulted me in finding the perfect home. If I ever need anyone on my team again, he's the first I'll call. Really grateful for what you do Harry.

GoogleEmilia from the KFH Battersea Park branch was totally instrumental for the success of our sale. Quick to reply on both written communication as well as phone calls, and very thorough on passing buyer feedback with timely notice on viewings. Plus, she follows up on commitments and just gets stuff done! It was a pleasure to work with her

GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough of Rumz. When we first spoke with him on the phone, we knew we were in professional and capable hands. He's fantastic at what he does. He thoroughly listens to your wants/needs and specifications and tries to find you the best property to match. Not only will he have one property in mind, but many just in case the first one isn't right for you. He is genuine and you know that he really wants to find the best property for you and wants you to be happy. We felt so reassured by this and he gave us all the time we needed and answered any questions we had. He is very reachable and communication was top notch. We could go on and on because we have never had such an amazing experience dealing with a lettings agent, so if you're looking to move, contact KFH and ask for Rumz. You will not be disappointed.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleGot an offer for our flat for a fair price in record time once all niggles on our end had been sorted out! The team was very busy so was hard to contact on the phone, but they always returned our calls and we never felt like anything was being held up by them. The only thing we weren't impressed with was the buyer's solicitors, who had been recommended by KFH as being part of their panel of approved solicitors. The panel solicitors allocated to us were better but also could have forwarded queries to us a little less "promptly" (i.e. we were asked the same things a few times as the buyer's solicitors seemed to be very disorganised, and/or couldn't figure some things out, and it would have been nice if our solicitors had not sent things on to us that they could resolve themselves as we had already provided the information).PositiveQuality

GoogleWe recently bought our first home with KFH. We viewed a few properties with Ina Betsi and eventually bought one flat with her as our agent. She was incredibly professional and I have never known someone to be so quick to respond to emails! This was extremely helpful when trying to organise and arrange house buying which is such a difficult and long process. During the buying process she was very efficient going between parties encouraging the necessary paperwork, especially useful as we were working to a tight deadline to complete before stamp duty holiday (which we managed to do in the end despite many solicitors telling us it would not be possible as too short notice! - aided by KFH and Ina helping push things along for sure). Before finding our dream home we had viewed many other properties with multiple other agents and honestly some other agencies were very rude! It was such a relief in the end to be buying a property with KFH who were truly so professional, attentive, responsive and reliable throughout the whole process. They say estate agents are on the side of the vendors but we had faith in KFH and felt we were working together the whole time. If you have the pleasure to work with Ina as your agent you are in very good hands! From a very happy Louise and Ganesh who are enjoying our new home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleVery happy with the team at KFH - who have been fantastic marketing our flat over the past few months. Ed Hocken and Ina Betsi in the sales team delivered a huge number of viewings after we had little progress with another estate agent, and when we decided to instead rent the flat Tatiana and Emiliana secured us tenants very quickly. I would recommend
