The team, led by Rita, secured an above asking price offer during general market uncertainty with Covid-19 and expertly managed a stressful process up to exchange with complications with conveyancing along the way! GoogleI highly recommend KFH in Battersea, especially when you are in touch with Rumz. He is very talk active and you do not need to chase him as many other estate agencies forget that you are looking for a property. He is very friendly and super kind, doing his job as you expect. At the end, I did not get the property with KFH as I found another one, but I had a house viewing with Rumz and no one was looking after my needs like he does...neither my current estate agency. GoogleWe rented property though KFH in battersea and they have been absolutely fantastic and very professional. We were shown around the property by Emiliana, everything was done in a very covid secure and safe manner. She helped us secure the property, and has been super responsive and friendly with all our queries. It made such a difference as we have had a bad experience with london estate agents and landlords, but this was not stressful at all with her. We were able to move in on the date we wanted and they very speedy with the paperwork and very thorough with any blockers. Very trustworthy, would recommend.

GoogleWe used KFH to rent out our property and they were extremely professional and efficient. After coming round and taking pictures, they worked quickly to get them up online and we had numerous viewings booked in the next day! We were WFH due to covid but they were happy to work around any important meetings we had. KFH made everything as easy as possible with all of the logistics and paperwork and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleJust wanted to Leave some feedback to the team at KFH, specifically Alex Da Silva as he put up with our indecision and choosy nature. I would say he is a great asset to KFH. Very professional, happy to field our questions or source the information if required. During which always able to raise a smile and make us feel at ease. I never felt pressured or uneasy when we didn't quite connect with the properties we were offered (which cannot be said for some of the other companies/agents we were registered with). A very human element in a great company. I would not hesitate to get back in touch with Alex should we ever need to find another property. Big thank you from Damian.

GoogleI have always received a prompt and efficient service from KFH. I have been a Landlord for many years and they have always found me good tenants with no rental voids. The service has been far more than just a plain contract between myself and the agency, there have been personal touches and assistance when required. Their fees may seem a little high, but the quality of service and peace of mind compensate amply for this and in the end are good value for money. I would recommend KFH to any landlord looking to rent out his or her flat.
