GoogleDear Simon... I have been looking for a property for over 2 months now and you are most polite, professional, charming, HONEST (had to put that in bold as it’s so rare with estate agents) and candid agent I have met. Your open-ness gave me a reality check on what was required and this was very refreshing. Thank you. My Mum liked you too!! I really hope to be able to buy a property through your team in the future.

GoogleIn Marko De Masi from KFH Battersea branch I found the perfect agent! He needed just 5 minutes conversation to understand what I wanted and deliver me a very wide fan of options that satisfied all my requirements. The house viewing tour was then the funnier part. He's a very nice guy, communicative and genuine. He made to accommodate my busy schedules and made the inspection such a pleasant experience. Basically he's a real professional and I recommend him to anybody is looking for an apartment to rent in Battersea and surroundings.

GoogleI had a viewing with Delarney. I have limited knowledge about properties and what I need to look out for or expect. I was provided with first class customer service. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the viewing. He made sure to answer all of my questions and gave thorough answers. Although I did not accept the property, I will make sure to recommend him and your company. Thank you again Delarney!

I always felt she kept me informed on the whole process and that helped me get through it all. Monica Conde, successful Battersea sale.

GoogleThe team at KFH (Battersea Park branch) demonstrate such energy and dedication that it's easy to provide a 5 star review. Particular mention for Emilia Minopoli who kept focussed and energised throughout the whole selling period. Her positivity, matched with pragmatism, kept me sane. Thanks a million guys.

GoogleWe just sold our flat through KFH Battersea Park, and even though it was really stressful due to our initial buyer pulling out, I cannot fault the KFH sales team. They were excellent all the way through, resold straight away for the same price and were communicative and proactive. We used the KFH recommended solicitors (Londonwide Conveyancing) and they were excellent too. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleUnfortunately had a very bad experience with the lettings team. Very poor communication which led to our confirmed property given away to someone else without any form of update and despite several contact attempts. When trying to resolve the issue, the agents were extremely rude. Avoid if you can.
