GoogleKFH were very fast to respond to my requests and easily had the largest supply of excellent properties in the local market. In particular I found Rita to be highly effective and excellent to work with. She has an ability to cut through the inevitable fuss that comes with buying a home and make sure everyone involved is pulling in the same direction. Highly recommended.

They gave constructive advice on what we needed to do and we received an offer. Throughout the conveyancing process they were responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

I was able to move into the new flat within a view of viewing it because both work tirelessly to ensure they did everything to help me. GoogleOne of the worst agencies in terms of customer service and communication. They don't respond to emails and when called they refer you to another unrelated branch. But when they want to collect money, then they are the fastest. And spaming you with sales offers even though you asked them multiple times to stop.

GoogleI have used KFH on multiple occasions, to buy, sell and rent properties, and I have always been impressed by them. I find them to be the most pleasant of the estate agents to deal with, their staff are friendly and approachable. At the same time, they are very knowledgeable, hard working and they get the job done.
