GoogleHaving had bad experiences with local estate agents and not getting many viewings and little feedback, we looked to KFH. The team was very professional and friendly and kept to their word in being able sell our flat and get us a house in the same area!
They gave constructive advice on what we needed to do and we received an offer. Their level of detail, feedback and viewings was much more compared to all the other estate agents we used combined and their expertise really shined through.
Throughout the process we really felt they were trying to help us whilst being open and honest which is very rare for estate agents. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell and purchase, i wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else! Thanks for making our year special!

GoogleI have been viewing properties with KFH for the last month or so and I couldn't recommend highly enough on how Emilia has helped us through the process. Emilia has taken us to a number of properties and been great at quickly sorting viewings and working around our timeframes. Looking forward to continue working with her in the future!

GoogleThey just work for the landlords, they don't even try to communicate with prospective tenants. At least they are sincere

GoogleI recently sold my apartment in Battersea. My sales agent, Ina Betsi at KFH Battersea office was excellent throughout, keeping the process moving, negotiating on my behalf and ensuring all conditions on both sides were met to facilitate a rapid and smooth completion. Ina, the branch manager Edward and the wider team are highly recommended.

GoogleI had recently a number of viewings at the area of Battersea with Marko de Masi from KFH and I was impressed by his exceptional professional behaviour .
He is kind, communicative and very well informed. He managed to show me 3 properties in the area with a very short notice and also offered me
a plan for future search. His interest is genuine and he made everything in his power to make a boring and tiring procedure to a pleasant seek. Many thanks.
