GoogleI had never left a review before but Peter's performance deserves one. I was preparing for the worst after having dealt with a few estate agents and I was shocked by his professionalism. Wow, these people exist! Timely replies, excellent manners, great advice, thorough knowledge of the process status... I was a tenant looking for a flat, but Peter seems to have both landlord and tenant's interests at heart. A rare quality.

GoogleDealing with estate agents has always been a horrible experience for me, and I never thought it possible to find an estate agent who actually cares about their clients, particularly if said clients are tenants. It turns out I was wrong. I was pleasantly shocked by KFH's high quality of client service. Peter's professionalism, excellent manners, friendliness and caring attitude are extremely rare in this industry. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
