GoogleI wouldn't usually go out of my way to write a review, but the customer service and support from KFH has been superb. From start to finish, Ahmad was very professional and kept in close contact throughout the whole process of finding my girlfriend and I a property to rent. A huge thank you to Ahmad and KFH!

GoogleFound me a cash buyer at a price we're happy with and from there the sale process was about as smooth and quick as we could have hoped for. The price achieved was higher than the suggested marketing price (let alone sale price) of one or two of the other local agents. Vishal and Rossen carried on working hard even though at one stage I told them I might take it off the market until next year. And in the end it paid off for all of us. The buyer has herself a lovely new home as well. Thanks guys!

GoogleDeclan and Rossen are very knowledgeable about the area and great agents--they found the perfect buyer for our home and it was sold right within our preferred timeline.

GoogleI have been looking for a property to purchase for several months, and have had to deal with several agents who you can tell will tell you anything and everything just to make the sale. However, that was not the case when working with Harry Sims. He was incredibly transparent and honest throughout the entire process, which I highly appreciated. He was prompt in his response and answered every benign question I had, as well as going above and beyond to my request without ever making me feel as though I was disturbing him. One of the few estate agents I can say will take care of you as a buyer and make this usual stressful process calm.

GoogleCan’t thank the team enough - Vishal and Rossen have looked out for us through the whole process of selling our property. Vishal in particular was always on hand and chasing when things needed chasing! And when the contracts exchanged today he called with genuine congratulations. Thank you all at KFH - I would highly recommend this team to anyone wanting to sell or buy in Acton!

GoogleSami was by far the friendliest and most supportive estate agent me and my girlfriend have ever come across. He really did go above and beyond for us and we couldnt be more grateful. Although we got a bit unlucky with the place we wanted, Sami and his team still worked effortlessly to help, thanks for everything guys!

GoogleThe Agents at KFH were great to work with, Rehmaan in particular who was so helpful and determined to find us a place. Especially with the added difficulty of searching for a flat from abroad, he was so accommodating in arranging virtual viewings and so responsive to all of our queries.

GoogleI recently had a great experience with KFH. I saw a flat on right move available to rent and did an online viewing. Peter was extremely helpful and everything worked out fine.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience working with Rossen and Vishal at KFH Acton on the sale of my one bed flat within Acton Gardens. They were able to draw on their vast London network to arrange a large number of viewings in the first week and found a buyer within the first weekend of viewing at my asking price. Unfortunately this sales attempt fell through due to delays my side in obtaining the ESW1 certificate. We relisted once the certificate was received at the perfect time recommended by the KFH team...and once again, the team found a buyer within the first weekend of viewing at very close to my asking price. The sale closed 6 months later once my buyer found a buyer for his property (also supported by KFH Acton). Don't waste your time with any other estate agent in the area. I get the feeling KFH's recruitment process differs to other estate agents. Anyone I have dealt with at any branch across London (on both the buy and sell side) have been honest, transparent and knowledgeable on the local market. Well done KFH Acton for providing a great service to the Acton Gardens community!
