The man was an absolute diamond, extremely helpful, considerate, informative and really wanted us to know everything that would help us make a decision on the flat. Just like most agents, they sell you a bunch of lies and once the money is paid they don’t do the work they are supposed to do. They ghost you as much as they can. We were guaranteed that the work that needed to be done at the property we rented was going to be done before we moved in and it wasn’t. They said the landlord was going to put new carpet and that didn’t happen either. They also said that the landlady is flexible with the furniture and guess what? She wasn’t. House was not professionally cleaned, in fact it was an absolute filth. This agency did not care one bit about any of this. And I had to take a week’s holiday to deal with all of this. They don’t care and I will not be compensated for any of this. What I do expect is, when we leave the property, to be charged for a lot things that weren’t our fault and will have to get the house professionally cleaned. Doesn’t work both ways, just their way and full benefit.

We completed the purchase of a property through KFH Acton, with Vishal Lakhani acting as Sales Negotiator. From the very beginning to the end of the process, we felt Vishal was very responsive and he went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure the whole process was completed smoothly. Even close to the end of the process, when there were some problems with the paperwork, Vishal was very reassuring and gave us confidence the transaction was going to be completed. This reassurance was very important as buying a property is always very stressful. Vishal gave us regular weekly/bi-weekly calls to keep us posted throughout the process, which was very useful and made us feel we were being looked after all the way through. We also wanted to highlight Vishal's mediation skills between the seller and ourselves, which resulted the successful completion of a lovely flat.
