GoogleSelling your property for a woman on her own fast approaching 80 years old is no mean feat, especially in the middle of a pandemic in 2020/21. KFH were brilliant throughout the process. Liam, Rossen and Vishal all helped me to survive the experience and I will be eternally grateful to them for their unfailing support, their invaluable assistance, their expertise, their honesty and their kindness.
The KFH team was attentive to my needs and advised me how best move through the mountain of work that presents itself when moving out of a home you have been in for over 30 years.
Their support and reassurance also helped me navigate the competitive space that exists between agents. This was invaluable when my first buyer fell through and I was under pressure to find solutions. KFH pulled out all the stops to find another buyer and managed to find 2 offers within a week.
Liam, Rossen and Vishal were quick to answer my emails with clarity reassurance, they addressed my concerns when I had doubts about any aspect of the sale and exchange, and they were readily available for calls. I would highly recommend this honourable and efficient team to anyone.

GoogleLiam and Rossen from the KFH team supported me extensively through a 9 month sale process from offer acceptance to completion, which had lots of challenges and hurdles. Rossen in particular was really outstanding throughout the duration.
Rossen always made me feel like a priority and was consistently attentive and proactive. He responded to my emails promptly, took the initiative to WhatsApp me if there was an urgent update and even went out of his way to keep me in the loop when it was his day off. He made me feel that he understood my concerns, and demonstrated on numerous occasions that he was keen to help resolve the problems that arose. This helped me to relax during what was a very stressful progress.
Whilst we were in the process of securing an EWS1 form, Rossen went above and beyond to help to expedite the process. For example, on multiple occasions he spoke to contractors on the ground and visited the property multiple times to take photos of progress.
Rossen also proactively suggested next steps which I could take to ensure that no further delays were caused. He made sensible suggestions, and even proactively engaged with both my mortgage broker and conveyancing solicitor in order to prevent me from becoming a bottleneck. He evidently was very knowledgeable about not just his role within the sale, but also what others in the process needed to do in order to get the sale through.
I’ve both bought and sold properties before and I’ve never engaged with an Estate Agent who has displayed the level of knowledge, proactivity, care and consideration. I rang to view a specific house, but Rossen went above and beyond to show me another house which met my criteria. I ended up buying this other house which I didn't realise was for sale.
