GoogleI had exceptional experience from KFH Acton, Vishal my Advisor was incredibly helpful, professional and calm from start to finish. Communication was excellent as I was kept updated with feedback after every viewing. The sale was quite a long drawn out process, however Vishal was fantastic and reassuring when having to follow up questions from the buyer and Solicitors. I can’t thank him enough for his support in completing my sale.

GoogleI have recently purchased a flat in the area and Vishal from the KFH Acton has been extremely helpful. From the beginning till the completion, Vishal stayed very professional. As most of the property purchasing process have up and downs, Vishal controlled all the matters so well and sorted them out really quick. Vishal regularly updated me on the process and chased both seller and buyer's solicitors and made sure there is no delays on both side. No offence to the other agencies in the area but there were many properties available in the same block I purchased and I contacted all of them at the beginning of the property search but none of them showed me their interest, prompt response like Vishal did. That's why I decided to stick with Vishal and the KFH acton. And the decision I made was so right. I now have the key to the flat. Thank you very much Vishal and the Team KFH acton.

Vishal was great throughout the process, selecting a handful of properties in the area for me to view. I ended up buying one of these properties and have just completed. Highly recommended and with a great stock of well priced properties. Got to be the best estate agents in the area.

GoogleI’ve just had a great experience with Peter in the Acton team finding our new flat to rent. The flat we were interested in and saw via Rightmove was actually available and wasn’t bait to get you on their books. Peter was informative and helpful securing the flat for us and has been available to answer questions throughout the process. He’s made this experience so straightforward and stress free, which has been a bonus I didn’t expect. I would recommend the Acton team to help you find your next home without question.

Rossen from KFH immediately impressed me with his enthusiasm, extensive knowledge of the Acton area and realistic assessment of market conditions. Throughout the sale process, the KFH team were unfailingly helpful and supportive and did everything possible to ensure that the transaction ran smoothly - particular thanks to Vishal and Harry for all their hard work. GoogleKFH are the most professional throughout From the beginning they were accurate, open and came with great suggestions It didn't matter what time I called or what the question was; KFH Acton was always courteous and responsive (on phone, email and WA as required) The best bit is that they do a really good job; excellent photographs (unusual in London), have a great client list and always available. I will certainly use KFH Acton again

GoogleA very good experience with KFH in Acton High Street. The team are professional, friendly and communicative and were particularly good in helping us sell my late mum’s house as probate took ages, but they were good at playing a long game!. Vishal was our main contact and was extremely helpful and positive, and Rossen is also great to deal with. Would very happily recommend KFH and would use the firm again.

GoogleI CANNOT recommend Rossen and his team enough! Honestly, the best estate agent I’ve come across for sure. In all honesty, I found the whole selling & buying rather stressful … but Rossen was incredibly efficient, super professional, knowledgeable, very calm ..always there to help, and above all very friendly. He kept an eye on the whole chain, always a step ahead of everyone else. Right side of OCD which I really like. You can tell he actually enjoys his job.
