GoogleProfessional and personalised service. The sales team of Liam, Rossen and Vishal successfully sold our apartment despite the challenging external environment. They provided honest and objective advice throughout the process. No challenge was too small and the team approached any hurdle with a problem solving attitude as opposed to just sitting back and being passive. It was a real pleasure to deal with them and they covered for each other when someone was out of office seamlessly, meaning we always received prompt responses, sometimes even during the weekend. GoogleI'm quite pleased with what KFH Acton has provided me in my recent experience. KFH knows the local market and owns rich resources in the buyer/tenant network well. The whole selling/buying procedure becomes so easy with their efforts. They did not over-promise but substantially deliver with a satisfactory outcome. GoogleBooked for a viewing, agent Melissa NO SHOW and I have to view it myself with the tenant. She asked me if I could come later but then ghost me straight away (not replying WhatsApp message and emails at all) for 3 days. Rude.
