FacebookKFH has great, attentive agents.The problem starts when their property management team picks things up. Horrible, unresponsive customer service.Had no heating for over a month last winter, have a leak for over a month now but the worst bit is I’ve been waiting for 25 days to hear on the return of my deposit.Classic case of sales doing a good job and services not delivering.

GoogleIt was quite a difficult journey with loads of ups and downs but it’s safe to say that the sale would have been impossible without the support of Gurdeep Gohler at KFH, who was equally as invested as I was and always kept the ball rolling! Great job on his part!!

GoogleAll the staff at KFH were great in my experience of selling a house but Gurdeep especially was so helpful and professional. He was really patient answering my (many) phone calls and emails and really went above and beyond to make the whole experience as stress free and efficient as possible.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat through KFH with and were impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise from the agents we dealt with. Freya, who was responsible for our sale, was fantastic at keeping us up to date, offering advice and always on hand to deal with any queries or issues. Working with Freya and KFH made a inevitably stressful time so much easier and we couldn't have asked for a better service.

GoogleChristian Gray and Jimmy enabled our move to go through very smoothly and provided a huge amount of support and diplomacy in dealing with each party. They have delivered on everything they promised and kept the process moving along at a good pace without piling on the pressure. completely agree, they are now trying to hold me to ransom when i'm trying to source and fit heritage double glazing they say i must use their own contractor and supplier, and not an equivalent brand, of course their own supplier is much more expensive than other brand, shame, they could have had nice new windows on outside of block, for now i will not bother , so they are left with the old 1920s crittal ones, and they say its all about aesthetics ! loads of crap, all about using their nominated supplier, avoid kfh like the plague if you can, they are a big corporate rip off, who fleece their clients . shame on them .

Coverage means they secured plenty of viewings on our property and subsequent to helping us to negotiate a deal skillfully managed the process to exchange, keeping us updated and giving solid advice all the way through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for selling a property in the area!
