GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Alistair Gooding, who was extremely responsive, booked me into property viewings almost the same day and provided me with some great recommendations in terms of brokers and solicitors. Overall a great experience as a first-time buyer myself. Thanks for all the help! 5 🌟 …

GoogleKFH Abbeville road was average to deal with. Some people a pleasure to deal with while others- took a long time to get a response from them when our lease came to an end, and they were very slow in providing the required information to get things moving.
Hi Lara, Thank you for taking the time to review us. Here at KFH we take all feedback seriously and were sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your experience. We have spoken to the team who are taking this on board and working towards becoming more prompt with their responses. Thank you. Wishing you all the best for the future. Kind regards, KFH

GoogleMy partner and I have experienced 2 years of consistently professional and efficient service as tenants in a property let by the KFH office on Abbeville Road. Excellent customer service from our first viewing to deposit return today. Even when doing viewings before our tenancy ended, the team were considerate and appreciative of the fact it remained our home. Having had support from so many members of the team it's obvious there is positive culture within this KFH office. If only all estate agents were like this!

GoogleI’m very happy to say my experience with KFH, specially Aarti from the Clapham office. It has be a positive one. It’s taken a long old time to sell my flat (various lead times on management packages etc) but Aarti preserved the whole time with absolute professionalism. Thank you

GoogleMy partner and I recently had the pleasure of buying an apartment from Annaliese at KFH Clapham. The process was made very straightforward by Annaliese as she understood what we wanted and she made sure she showed us properties that fit the bill. She also showed us properties that she knew may not have fit the bill, to ensure that we knew what it really was we wanted and didn't from a property! Not only was she great in helping us find the perfect property she was on hand to ensure that process from having our offer accepted to completion was relatively smooth. I would definately recommend that you call Annaliese to discuss selling or buying a property. She knows her stuff.
