GoogleWe recently sold our flat through KFH Abbeville Road - Jimmy, our sales negotiator Arthur, and the whole team were great. They worked hard to get us the best buyer and in a process with its ups and downs helped all progress smoothly to a brilliant outcome. A big thank you to all, we would definitely be happy to recommend.

GoogleWe had a very positive experience with Christian at KFH, we were involved in a very difficult chain and he went out of his way to find solutions, I don't think we would have made the move with out him. A great support at a testing time. Helped us sell our home and get our dream home!

GoogleThe team at KFH are incredible. Their customer service and communication is fantastic and they really made the whole process of letting a pleasant experience. Every person we've dealt with at KFH has been helpful, polite and kind. This company is the only estate agents I'd recommend to friends and family and actually want to write a review for!

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH. Anton and Sally helped us every moment to get what we wanted. We made them rush a bit at the end, but they worked very fast and good to make it all ready on time. Now we have a beautiful house and we thank you so much for everything!!

FacebookI try to be positive with social media. However it is only right & fair to warn those considering buying or letting a property through @KFHproperty that you might find yourself being charged to live in a neglected & unsafe building, with shockingly poor customer care.Avoid.

GooglePut very briefly, the Abbeville Rd, London, office of KFH were brilliant, finding a buyer for my flat, negotiating with him, talking him through a variety of difficulties and seeing it through to completion. I can only give praise for all the help in what was, for me, a difficult process.

GoogleFantastic experience with KFH when finding a place to rent. Anton King, the undisputed 'King' of lettings. As legendary as Arthur, as revered as Martin Luther and as attentive as Stephen - he was efficient, diligent and professional throughout. Watch out Kinleigh, it will be called King, Folkard & Hayward soon.
