GoogleWe had a very good experience with KFH. Karen Rawlings was so helpful and kind - she put in a lot of work to help us find a place that suited us and our situation. We ended up in a lovely home and she helped us move it along quickly due to the time constraints I had with starting a new job (and during covid times!). Also thank you to Ben for his help too! Highly recommend for a friendly and honest service.

GoogleWe could never have dreamt we would find our perfect home so fast. Lewis Hamilton-York was absolutely incredible, showing us flats almost every single day until we found the perfect one for us, while always being extremely responsive and supportive. We were very lucky to deal with Lewis from day one as he was exceedingly professional and helpful throughout the whole process, from showing us the amazing properties KFH has in their portfolio, to signing the tenancy agreement, and all the steps in between, including the weekend where he took the time to answer our queries, which is simply amazing. We could not be happier with our experience with KFH! As a first time renter in London, I would never expect the process to go over so fast and so smoothly. This was only possible due to Lewis outstanding support. The service KFH offers is absolutely superb! I highly recommend them if you are looking to rent a property, and if it so happens that you are looking around London Bridge, make sure you ask for Lewis, as he will help you find your perfect place!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleKFH have always been professional and Franck has been a pleasure to work with during my flat purchase. I would say he has always done what he can to be helpful, transparent and fair during the buying process, knowing full well that of course, he is representing the interests of the seller (but not at my detriment).
Thank you for your kind feedback, Kulwinder. We are pleased to hear that your experience was met with professionalism from our negotiator Franck throughout your purchase. We look forward to hopefully assisting you in the future. KFH London Bridge

GoogleMy partner and I were looking for a flat in central London, which is generally a stressful process. Maira at KFH was wonderful in assisting us every step of the way and also was extremely accommodating in arranging viewings. I really appreciate everything she did in securing us our new flat. Thank you Maira and KFH.

GoogleGreat experience working with Mihai to find my perfect flat. Mihai was always super knowledgable on viewings and honest when I had questions. I was also notified of potentially suitable properties as soon as they were available, I would definitely go with KFH again in the future.

GoogleVery caring and responsive staff. Arranged viewings with Karen Rawlings, who assisted with the move in process and made it seem very seemless. Can't speak for the whole agency, but Karen is definitely a very honest, positive and helpful person. She was very honest and open to all questions and really took the time to understand our real demands and found us a property which met those to the highest standard. Thank you Karen!!! Highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleGreat Estate agency! Thank you Juan for clearing all confusion on my recent query with ease and speed!

GoogleVery easy service from viewing properties, signing contracts and to moving in - a lot of the process is done through their online portal (which is fantastic if you're trying to move and are in a full time job and don't have time to physically go to the agents and sign contracts!) Courtney Earley was our lettings manager and he has provided a fantastic service from viewing our flat to getting the keys - very professional and helpful! KFH also manage the property which is great as we just have one port of call if we have any issues and they generally respond quite quickly. Would highly recommend!

GoogleThank you Maira for making the whole letting process run as smoothly as it has. You’ve been an absolutely amazing support and have helped out on all aspects of getting the tenants settled in. GoogleFrom the first contact, Maira Cardenas is very committed to her work, she is an excellent Lettings Negotiator. Being foreigners, he explained to us how the city works, the deadlines and presented us with offers that had the characteristics of what we were looking for. With a lot of patience, as well as being direct and very nice.

GoogleAlthough my house sale proved to be a very long and arduous process, Mihai was a consummate professional. Extremely present and available to deal with any questions or queries I had and most importantly, always made it a point to update me on the progress of sale. Very happy with both his level of expertise, service and support.

GoogleYesterday I had a viewing with Conrad. He’s an amazing guy who really knows his properties and can answer all of your questions regarding renting. He somehow took off the edge of this whole process for me. I surely was in good hands with him. I would really recommend Conrad when you are searching for your new home.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience working with Maira in securing my property rental. After moving from the United States, I had no idea how to navigate this process in the United Kingdom. Maira was readily available to answer all of my questions, exhibited great patience, and was extremely prompt in her response times.

GoogleMaira was great! Super helpful the whole process. She found a place for me that wasn't the one I was originally looking for, it was both cheaper and nicer! Really hadn't expected to like it but she was great through the whole process. Super responsive too. Probably my best experience with a letting agency so far.

GoogleI felt that our estate agent was never trying to sell to us but to give us the best advice, for us. In the end we purchased a house from another estate agency but we really would to have like brought something from Mihai, the agent. He is a star, would hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Mihai

GoogleI've just bought my first property through KFH. Mihai made the process so much easier. He was absolutely brilliant throughout the process ensuring I only viewed properties that matched the criteria I'd set. Once my offer was accepted, he was fantastic at keeping everyone in the chain updated and everything moving as fast as possible. Thank you!

GoogleI bought my flat 4 years ago through KFH and have recently just sold it through them. Various other agents were initially involved in the sale but the team at KFH surpassed all others with the sale and I put this down to their professionalism, due diligence and thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. The team led by Scott West were all kept up to date with progress on the sale, which took an immense amount of pressure off, so I could concentrate on my own job having complete confidence in them. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending KFH for anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property in central London, go to the London Bridge office and put the stresses of moving in their safe hands. With special thanks to Scott, Laurence and Nicola.
