I contacted this agency for property viewings in Waterloo, Borough and Bermondsey in London and was very impressed by the helpfulness and efficiency of their sales negotiator Mihai Stanciu who hosted me. Mihai went above and beyond to show me properties that matched my criteria and also interesting opportunities to consider. Mihai never rushed me nor tried to impose his opinions on me regarding properties and he displayed excellent expertise on the area and the properties he showed me. We just sold our London flat through KFH. Laurence, the head of the team, and Mihai, our agent, were both amazing. We met with a number of other highly rated local estate agents, but Laurence was by far the best prepared and offered the most thoughtful insight into potential marketing strategies. Once we had a buyer, despite his other responsibilities, he was on top of every twist and turn of the sales process, offering all the help and support that we needed. Mihai is highly professional and pragmatic - someone who both anticipates issues that might arise, and is quick to identify solutions to anything unexpected that threatens to de-rail the progress of the sale. It's really disappointing for can't given a 0 star. Their team is expert on forcing tenants to sign unreasonable contract. I have not got my contract after I paid my holding deposit for 20+ days. They left limited time for us to force us sign it, in that case, we don't have time to argue with them. They lied during the talk, I said quietness is the first thing I need. There is a heavily contruction work after our video tour and we've not been informed during 1 month. Now, no quietness in anywhere. Heavily noise, no access for our balcony & insecurity. What a professional team would do! Always trying to avoid duty, always said someone else will contact you. OMG! Can't imgaine we'll been deceived by KFH.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I couldn’t have made a better choice. Laurence, the manager, was compelling in energy and appetite: he persuaded me convincingly. Joshua was a star: he sold the property in a matter of days. When the buyer backed off two weeks later, Josh found a new buyer in less than a number of hours. After that the process was long and not always easy. However: Josh was a rock. He has empathy, patience and lots of kindness. I cannot recommend KFH enough and Mr Joshua Dawson in particular.
