We went with KFH Streatham to sell our flat and are absolutely delighted we did. Quoted commission rate was a touch higher than some competitors, but in the end we chose KFH because they gave every impression of a hard-working and well-organised agency, with a culture of credible advice and appraisals. We were not disappointed - we are very glad we chose KFH Streatham and feel we had very good value from them. KFH drove the sale through, and managed to rescue things when negotiations had hit a bit of a wall between us and our buyers. We are grateful to Emilia for her tact and determination in getting the sale finalised. Would recommend to anyone.

Really great experience with KFH recently during my rental search! As a second time renter- having only rented as a student before, and unfamiliar with the London Bridge area, Zak went above and beyond to make my search as easy as possible. Not only was he helpful in understanding my rental criteria and recommending flats to view, but he was also very knowledgable during our viewings and was able to answer any questions I asked- whether it be about the area, the flat, or KFH’s rental procedure. For a novice renter, having an agent who is very knowledgable is great, but having one who is prompt + responsive as well is even better, as you can feel assured knowing that all your worries and queries will be answered. Even when I requested a second viewing last minute, Zak was able to accommodate and do so, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend anyone looking to rent to go with KFH and to ask for Zak!

We could never have dreamt we would find our perfect home so fast. Lewis Hamilton-York was absolutely incredible, showing us flats almost every single day until we found the perfect one for us, while always being extremely responsive and supportive.
