Google1 star for poor communication and lack of transparency. During the viewing, Antonio Faria was unsure if the furniture belonged to the landlord and couldn't confirm if the HyperOptic WiFi would stay.
His follow-up was incredibly inconsistent: the listing and his first email claimed the flat was 'fully furnished' with 'all bills included,' yet once the property was let his final email suddenly stated the tenant must pay Council Tax. He only confirmed the furniture 'stays' once the property was gone. Unprofessional and unreliable.
