GoogleWe are just about to complete on our first house. George (who was based at the Highgate branch when we first viewed the place) has been helpful and professional throughout the process, helping to ensure rapid communication with the seller who was often out of the country. He has been proactive to get us answers to any queries and the way he has managed communication between the solicitors has been prompt and extremely professional.

GoogleWe bought our new house with KFH Muswell Hill and we can only say great things about them. We can especially praise the work of Liam Bray who helped us through the process with a great deal of professionalism and dedication. He has always been available for us, checking in periodically with all parties of the long chain and even passed by to congratulate us on the moving day. 5 stars, and all deserved.

GoogleI’ve had a very positive experience with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. We dealt with a number of agents at this office, all of whom were helpful and professional. Danica Maynerd offered exceptional service as our agent to find our perfect home. She is friendly, approachable, honest and easily contactable. Danica took all our needs into consideration and went above and beyond to show us properties that met our budget and expectations.

GoogleI've recently rented through this branch and was the smoothies process ever, Had Joe as a point of contact and advisor and all the service was really good, bare in mind I have a dog and can be a nightmare to find a place, but wasn't the case this time. They're incredibly helpful and kind. I hardly recommend their services. Ask for Joe for Help and he'll find you the right property

GoogleMet with Sam Nicholl at KFH Muswell Hill while looking to buy for the first time. He made us feel completely comfortable, guiding us through the whole process with ease and assurance. Unlike at some other agencies, he was genuine and his knowledge base on the area was second to none. Most importantly, Sam and the KFH team really listened to what we wanted and delivered on it. First rate.

GoogleThank you so much for your help and professionalism in helping us with our house search, it's not an easy process at the best of times and least of all during a pandemic. But thank you in particular to Sunny for guiding us through it and for his support in helping us secure a house that we are really looking forward to moving to.
