GoogleKFH, and particularly Danica in Lettings, have been a breath of fresh compared to previous experiences i've had when dealing with letting agents. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleDealt with Visar - Muswell Hill Branch. Very helpful, great understanding and diplomacy. I would highly recommend them based on their knowledge of properties and market as a whole.

GoogleThe agents at KFH are all well informed, kind and a pleasure to deal with. They are honest about each property: which makes dealing with them far nicer and more human, than so many other estate agencies. When selling our flat, the team worked flat out and sold it within days of launching the property. I have nothing but good words to say about them and would happily use KFH to sell any property we were selling.

GoogleWe were looking for a let and Danica from KFH was really on the ball and kept well in touch. We made an offer on a house she showed us but unfortunately we were outbid and we are now moving outside the area. In any case I would definitely recommend KFH and Danica as she clearly understood what we were looking for and as she has really great communication skills.

GoogleJust wanted to say in my review that although my wife and I didn't end up securing a tenancy via Joe Riley at KFH, his efforts during our search over a four week period were both professional and genuinely helpful in all aspects regarding him trying to find us a suitable rental. If my experience is anything to go by, I feel would-be tenants should be able to deal with Joe Riley @ KFH with confidence.

GoogleI didn't end up letting through them but Annie May was extremely helpful, and I would definitely look them up again if I move in the future.

GoogleWe just rented a flat through KFH Muswell hill! Our experience was generally good, barring some hiccups with regards to appointment times not being met despite them being set up in advance with our main contact in the office. However our experience with Farnaz (the admin coordinator), who went over and above (even helping us get some documents from the bank), and being responsive and friendly (even to our kids), helped make our experience positive.

GoogleRebecca Zacharia is the most wonderful agent. A constant support, great communication and made the entire process smooth and pain free. Would highly recommend her to anyone

GoogleNot often I leave a review but we had the best experience with Danica. She listened to the things that were important to us, searched through all the properties on and coming on the market and took one evening to show us all in bulk, until we came across the perfect flat... Honestly the best letting agent we have come across! Could not recommend more!! 💜💜PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe team at KFH (Ashleigh and Matthew) were invaluable through every stage of the purchase of our new home. Without their diligence and calm management of the process (including advising agencies up the chain how best to manage their client) I'm certain we would not have completed and found our perfect new home! Can't recommend them highly enough.
