GoogleWe sold our house in Duke’s Avenue last month and must say we were extremely happy with the service provided by KFH and especially our agent at the Muswell Hill branch Elysia.
She was very accommodating and helpful as well as finding us a buy very quickly at our happy selling price.
We got feed back promptly from all viewings and the process from start to finish was handle very fast without problems and with complete updates through out.
Elysia you would be my first choice again if I ever sold or purchase a property.
Thank you so very much for all your help even after the sale of the house.
A huge big thank you .

GoogleWe would like to say what a fantastic job Visar Xhigoli at KFH Muswell Hill lettings department has done to rent our home, they have been very professional, worked effectively and efficiently. We would not use any other firm, in fact we are landlords and have only been using KFH lettings for years. They are the best firm we have ever worked with, they are brilliant, we would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you very much KFH for all your hard work we really value and appreciate it, we very much forward to working with you again in the future to rent our properties.

GoogleI cannot recommend KFH more highly. They have just sold my two-bed garden flat in Muswell Hill, at a great price too. I was introduced to the full team at KFH at the beginning although one agent, Jon, was designated to manage the sale throughout. He was professional and attentive at all times and his sense of humour helped enormously. I couldn't have had a nicer person in charge of the process. The professional photographs they used to market my home were excellent. I think that was a huge advantage. I chose KFH because they had just sold a house opposite and the previous owner recommended them; also because they have a very high profile in this area.I wasn't disappointed.

GoogleWe recently sold our property in East Finchley through KFH and were delighted from start to finish. We were looked after by Jon, who was friendly and professional, offering good advice and setting realistic expectations. We followed his advice and ended up selling very quickly for a great price. Having had a terrible experience with other so-called 'leading' estate agents for the East Finchley area in the past, working with Jon and KFH was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleVisar from KFH estate agency is a very capable and nice estate agent and provided an excellent service. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me make the right renting decision. As a single parent going through this process, he made sure that I find a house near a good school and in a safe neighbourhood. He arranged viewings according to my schedule very promptly. He kept me informed of new properties on the market until I found the home I needed. His negotiation skills with the landlord regarding work that needed to be done in the house are very good and paperwork was done very quickly.

GoogleWe sold our place in Muswell hill recently and I have to say James and Liam from the Muswell Hill branch did an absolute fantastic job throughout the entire process. From the due diligence on the offer received, following up with the other side when required, obtaining the required information and communicating it effectively to the last minute curve balls it was all handled perfectly. Most importantly remaining patient with us during the stressful moments and being a superb conduit between all parties involved.

GoogleWe have one person to thank for being able to buy our house and that's Liam Bray from KFH. He convinced us to go and look around even though we had 100% decided we didn't want to buy in that particular area. We fell in love with the house within seconds and three months later we moved in. At no point was Liam pushy, the communication between us and the sellers was first class and he dealt with all of our questions quickly and efficiently. Thank you for helping us find our dream home.

GoogleRebecca Z from kfh was incredibly kind and helpful when looking for a property. We discussed our requirements and she made sure to keep a look out for when potential properties to rent came on the market. She helped us find an ideal property which didn't break the bank. Unfortunately, kfh have been quite poor managing agents. Although nothing to reflect on Rebecca's excellent service, it is worth doing some investigation into your management agent before putting a deposit on a rental.

GoogleReece Wallace did an outstanding job helping us rent our home! His energy and enthusiasm took all the stress out of the process. When it turned out we were too slow in making our offer on a first property, he promptly squeezed us in to view another before everyone else; that property is now our home. He fully grasped our requirements and presented us with realistic options. We felt completely at ease giving him honest feedback on properties, and he provided balanced comments.
